About this apartment rental
Condo 424 is a 950 sq ft. one bedroom, 2-bath large spacious family friendly unit with fabulous views of both the ocean and mountains. Located on the back north side of quiet Tower One on the fourth floor, the large wrap around lanai offers partial views of the ocean on the shady side of the lanai and the gorgeous mountains and kaanapali golf course on the sunny side. Lounge either at the pool, #1 rated ocean beach steps from your condo or on your private large lanai that has tables, chairs and loungers.
The totally renovated condo includes an updated kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and top of the line cooking utensils for the gourmet chef as well as BBQ's and oceanfront tables and chairs. The living room and master bed have all been updated with beautiful furniture. The two bathrooms (one with bathtub) have been renovated with granite and a washer/dryer.
The master suite, with a king bed, has a private bathroom and separate entrance. The roomy living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is also a twin cot. This condo sleeps 5. Linens/towels/beach chairs are provided. Free high-speed wi-fi and a work desk are there for you. Other on site amenities include a fitness center, tennis/pickle board courts, swimming pool & jacuzzi, bbq and tables/chairs for cooking and dining ocean front. Beach towels and chairs are provided. The owner’s closet in the unit has additional beach chairs and sand toys.Tennis rackets and pickle ball equipment are available at the front desk.

There is a resort fee of $40 per day that will be charged at the front desk. Parking is free. The resort follows an enhanced cleaning process and is thoroughly cleaned between each rental segment.

This is a beautiful furnished and spacious condo, located steps away from the beach. It has everything you'll want and need in a home away from home. Dishware, cookware, utensils, kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances are all new and updated. I was positive surprised to find more than salt and pepper in the cupboards, herbs, seasoning and plenty of olive oil for our cooking needs.
A very spacious living room awaited us with plenty of different seating.
We loved greeting the morning sun from the balcony, which gave us views to the gorgeous mountains and the beach.
The master bedroom, as well very spacious with kingsize bed, bedside tables, a drawer cabinet plus a very big closet. For our son to sleep we could choose between the pullout couch or a rollaway bed. For me, I found the mattress a bit too firm and used a memory foam pad that I found in the closet, which made it nice and soft.
Two beautiful bathrooms with magnifying side-mirrors that probably every women may appreciate to have, for putting on her make-up.
Responds from Gail was prompt and she had lots of suggestions what to do during our stay. The owners closet in the unit had beach chairs, snorkel equipment, bodyboards and beach toys for us to use.
The unit comes with a new washer/dryer unit but for the short time we stayed, didn't use it.
The balcony is like a third room, big and plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy a meal or relaxing time. From here we enjoyed watching tennis matches played on the tennis courts down below.
All in all, we loved our time on Maui very much, in part because of this condo #424.

My wife & I stayed at the Whaler 424 and had the time of our lives. We felt secluded in the end unit with a two sided balcony. The master bedroom was large, King bed, renovated bathroom with double shower heads and so much space. We met so many fellow couples on the property including the owners. Great people. Looking forward to booking at the Whaler 424 in the future.
