Unit 1220 is one of the absolute nicest 1 bedroom units at the Whaler .Enjoy the most spectacular view anywhere in Kaanapali from this total remodeled and professionally decorated Penthouse Unit 1220. This unit is one of the very nicest one bedroom unit at the Whaler. This 1 BR 1.25 bath unit has 180° panoramic views of the ocean, Blackrock Cove and panoramic views of Kaanapali. The views are actually much nicer than the pictures depict - This unit is truly a special unit.
Unit 1220 sleeps a total of 6 (with 4 beds) – has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom (tub and shower), 1/4 bathroom with vanity, large living area, dining area, executive desk, large kitchen & full laundry.

Unit 1220 sleeps six (6) as there are four (4) beds total in the unit: There is a Cal king bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size memory foam sofa sleeper the living room , plus a memory foam twin XL and loveseat sleeper in the living area. Amenities include TVs in both rooms and DVD/Blu-ray player in the living room and free cable TV, Wi-Fi and high-speed Internet.
All linens are provided fresh and clean. Mid-visit cleaning is provided to guests who stay 10 nights or longer upon request. There is a washer/ dryer located in the unit along with complementary so. Month long stays will receive a weekly clean Upon request. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional charge.
The Whaler Resort is one of the premier condominium resorts in Maui. It is located in the most ideal location of Kaanapali Beach (between the Sheridan and Westin Hotels and next to Black Rock and Whalers Village Shops). Everything totally convenient and is in walking distance. Whalers Village has over 100 shops and restaurants for eating or just to browse through, so you and the family never have to jump in the car to go eat or shop....or drive home after dinner. Kaanapali Beach has been distinguished as being named 'Best Beach in the USA' year after year by resort critics.
Enjoy sailing, snorkeling, surfing, diving, golf, tennis, scuba diving, fine dining, hiking, jogging and world class shops all only steps away from your fully equipped 'plush' condominium.

(The resort fee covers : parking, full use of the gym, the tennis courts, daily beach towel exchange, beach chairs, etc.)
*This one bedroom unit sleeps a MAXIMUM of 6. There is an additional guest charge of $20/nightly for MORE than 4 guests in the unit. For example, 5 guests in the unit will pay an additional $20/nightly, 6 guests in the unit will pay an additional $40/nightly .... This will be outlined in the booking amount when you book. The reason for this additional fee is for additional housekeeping expense assessed by the housekeeper.

Check in was a breeze. The condo was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The location couldn't have been better! If we are blessed to be able to return, we would stay here again!!

Property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable, well maintained and had every amenity that could be desired. Great having laundry in unit with soap and dryer sheets provided. Kitchen was large and new with dishes, pans, cooking utensils and even some condiments provided. The view from the large balcony with table and chairs and lounge chairs was spectacular of the ocean and golf courses. The host provided additional beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pool floats and even snorkeling gear We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the resort which provided towels, umbrellas and chairs. They provided lounges and chairs for beach use located right in front. My husband and I slept in the 1 separate bedroom with lovely linen on the very comfortable king bed and my sister in the living area on the very comfortable Murphy bed. There were pull out beds in the 2 couches but we did not use them. We all loved our stay and highly recommend the property and hope to return soon.

Fabulous views, great condo and perfect location! Communication beforehand was clear and detailed. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space. The view from the lanai is breathtaking! There is everything you could need there including beach chairs and an umbrella. The location is great-walking distance from so many shops and restaurants! The pool is nice but is 5-6 feet deep everywhere. My kids are older and good swimmers so it wasn’t a problem, but something you should know if you are planning to use the pool. We found that all indoor seating is very low to the ground which can be difficult for people with hip and knee problems. We had an amazing vacation, and we definitely hope to return soon!!!
