This large (over 1660 sq. ft), luxurious condo is a beach front corner unit on the west side of the building on the 9th floor and offers views of Orange Beach, Perdido Key, Ole River , and Ono Island. Each of the extra large three bedrooms has their own balcony,master and one guest room have king beds, the third has a full bed and a twin bed, flat screen TV's and private bath.
Professionally decorated interior has a large kitchen with outside views, quartz counter tops, wet bar with ice maker and all kitchen amenities. The elegant living room and dining area also have unsurpassed views of the beach. Brand new 50 inch flat screen TV. Living and Master TV's are smart tv's enabling you to sign into your streaming accounts.
The master bedroom has private access to the 428 sq. ft. ocean front balcony, king bed, and private bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower and a walk in closet. It also has a 46 inch flat screen TV and DVD player.
Regency Isle is a newer, beach front condo 4/10th of a mile from the Florida state line. Guests have the full use of both a heated indoor pool and large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, steam room, and exercise room. It also has a pavillion with gas grills. It has covered reserved parking, on site management and full security service.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning condo in Orange Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its beauty and spaciousness. The intentional design and thoughtful stocking of the unit made us feel right at home, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation.Stacy, the host, was incredibly responsive, polite, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and her helpfulness truly enhanced our experience.We loved it so much that we've already booked for next year! We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to fall in love with their vacation condo—just don’t book the same week we go every year! This place is a hidden gem that you won't want to miss!

Fantastic stay, clean, beautiful decor, views are stunning, the beds are super comfy. Very accommodating kitchen, laundry, etc.If there is any possible negative to be stated would be the elevators (getting onto at any level) was a mystery of how long you had to wait. That is of no fault of the host though. The kids staying above this condo were quite a bit loud with excitement and stomping at different points of the stay, again, at no fault of the host.Its in a great location for a short walk to Florabama marina (dolphin cruise) and dining. Its just a short drive to Cobalt where you can see great views while you dine, a short drive to most anything you want to enjoy on your stay! Highly recommend

Great layout. Quiet end condo with large balcony and excellent beach views. Manager provided great instructions, was easy to communicate with. Unit well stocked.
