Ocean Song 332, Located at Tybee's Beachside Colony Resort boasts a gorgeous brand new full kitchen, bath, flooring, and all new furnishings! Guests will enjoy incredible ocean views from this professionally decorated and very well-appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Ocean Song 332 is a premium top floor condo featuring breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean along with picture-perfect sunrises. The open living room area overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and offers plenty of seating, a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and a 42-inch flat-screen TV, DVD player. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, full-size oven, dishwasher, and in-home stackable washer and dryer. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two and a dining table that seats four people.
Relax on the private furnished balcony which overlooks the beach will be a treat for guests year-round. The primary bedroom has a plush California King-sized bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. The bathroom is spacious and includes a large soaker tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity. WIFI Internet is available and will reach outdoors to the oceanfront balcony.
This is a premier condo located on the top floor of the Ocean Song building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and on-site restaurant The Deck. The building has elevator access, ramps, and handicapped parking available. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

We really enjoyed the condo and everything was in excellent shape. We did have some communication issues. A letter told us we needed to pick up a packet but when we got there we were told we didn't need to. Then no parking pass was left on the counter, and no one returned my call on the after-hours message line. It was a matter of luck that we did not get towed or booted.

Pros: Beautiful condo. Great view. Technician who assisted with lock was very professional and helpful. Nice pools. Cons: Very difficult to park and find room. The door would not lock upon leaving the condo. Issues getting through to rental company for assistance/technician to be sent out. Floors were dirty - feet were black with dirt after walking barefoot in condo. The tv in the bedroom never worked during our stay.

Condo was perfect. The only issue was with the cable on bedroom TV. Could not watch due to scrambling issues. Management was quick to respond and cable repair man came out and found that the signal/modem was the issue and needed more strength to reach to bedroom tv. The non-cable channels worked. Other than that it was wonderful and we would rent again when in area and would recommend location and condo.
