About this house rental
A modern, comfortable 3 BR 2.5 BA house right in the village near the harbor, restaurants, shops & parks.
This beautifully crafted, newer home makes the most of every inch of space and light, featuring artistic color choices and high-quality furnishings. Located in a prime downtown spot, it offers easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and cultural activities right at your doorstep.
On the first floor, you'll find a welcoming porch, a spacious open living/dining/kitchen area, a shower bath, and a rear patio with a sleep sofa in the living room.
The second floor boasts a master king bedroom with a balcony and a private shower/tub bath, along with two guest bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a full bed-one of which opens to the balcony) and a half bath. Enjoy partial harbor views from the second-floor balconies. This home is the perfect vacation spot for active families looking to explore and enjoy the area.
Off street parking for two cars.

Please Note: Occupied apartment in the basement level has separate entrance and parking. This will not affect your enjoyment of this wonderful cottage.
Rates include the cost of normal departure cleaning.
All houses are fully equipped, including linens and dishes. No pets, no smoking anywhere on this property.
Refundable security deposit, 9% Maine State Sales Tax and a $25 nonrefundable booking fee are not included in the rental rates shown.

Very nice accommodations. So close to all the restaurants and shopping and a 5 minute walk to get the sand bar to Bar Island. We really enjoyed our week. Thank you.

This was our first time in Bar Harbor, first time in Maine - we loved the home!! It was very clean and comfortable, the owners really do a great job with simple but comfortable decor. Made us feel right at home!! We loved the porch on the second floor and appreciated having the fans. The weather was great - we had warm days so having the fans in the home made it for even more comfortable moments the times we were there. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us - we look forward to our next visit!!

Our family of 6 stayed here for our trip Acadia and Bar Harbor. The house was very clean and well appointed. The location right next to the harbor can't be beat. If/when we go back, we'll be looking to stay here again!
