The apartment is well set out, beds and linen are nice. Kitchen was okay the cover vent over the stove top needs a good degrease and the hot water systems randomly stops working while showering. However, great location and clean and functional.

I was frustrated about multiple things regarding this property. I've realized that we should have made a different choice for our stay in Ft Collins.
