Details for apartment no. 6, 2. Floor: 2 bedrooms, living room / kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Krk and Cres.
You can expect a well-equipped, 2-room apartment with sea view for 4-5 people. The kitchen has four glass ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, pots, cutlery, place settings, etc. One bedroom has a double bed (200X140), the second with two single beds (200x80cm). The apartment is cleaned once a week for you (including new bath / hand towels and bed linen), although we can change the bath / hand towels more often if you wish. Bathroom with shower cabin, hair dryer.
Villa Ucka: On the north Adriatic coast, at the foot of the Ucka Mountains, there is one of the most beautiful places in the world - the Kvarner Bay. In the middle of this paradise, just ten minutes of a pleasant walk from the beach, on a hillside in a quiet location, there is also the holiday house "Ana". A small family house with 6 well-equipped apartments with modern interiors, air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi, balconies with garden furniture and a breathtaking sea view. Surrounded by greenery and a beautiful garden where you will also find a swimming pool with shower and sun loungers, a covered seating area with barbecue and two large tables and benches, as well as a playground for the children, you will surely find your quiet place. You do not have to worry about your vehicle as we have a private parking space for each apartment. The village center with supermarket, restaurants and cafes can be reached in about ten minutes on foot.

Haus und Wohnungen sind schoen. Alle Wohnungen sind modern eingerrichtet. Leider etwas entfernt vom Strand oder besser gesagt eine steile Treppe fuehrt hinunter zum Strand und der Rueckweg ist wirklich anstrengend. Dafuer hat man aber eine herrliche Aussicht! Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett und man kann mit Ihnen schoene Abende verbringen. Garten, Pool und Grillecke sind angenehm und gemuetlich, man fuehlt sich einfach wie zu Hause. Um schoene Kieselstraende zu erreichen braucht man das Auto, aber man ist in 10 Min schon am ersten grossen Strand. Wie gesagt zum Wohlfuehlen!!

Das Haus hat alle Erwartungen aus der Beschreibung mehr als erfüllt. Die Wohnungen sind modern eingerichtet, das Raumangebot kann als üppig bezeichnet werden. Die technische Ausstattung ist mit Sat-Receiver, DVD Player, Flat TV, kostenlosem W-LAN (ungesichert), Ceranfeld (2 Platten), Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank up to date.
Sauberkeit wird in dem Haus in allen Bereichen ganz groß geschreiben, dazu gehören auch der der gepflegte Garten mit überdachtem Grillplatz und der immer perfekte Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Gartendusche. Ein schattiger, gepflegter Kinderspielplatz direkt neben dem Poolbereich ist auch vorhanden.
Da die Anlage am Hang oberhalb von Ika liegt ist ein gepflegte Ruhe für Erholungssuchende garantiert.
Weiters gehört zu jeder Wohnung ein fixer Parkplatz am Gelände.
Die Vermieter mit perfekten Deutschkenntnissen wohnen direkt im Haus, sind sehr nett, immer erreichbar und kümmern sich persönlich um ihre Gäste.
Um Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, etc. zu erreichen wird der PKW benötigt, da die Zufahrt von der Küstenstrasse ca. 600m lang und teilweise sehr steil ist. Restaurants findet man entlang der Küstenstrasse zur Genüge, sehr empfehlenswert ist das "Dolphin" in Lovran.
Für preisbewusste Selbstversorger empfiehlt sich der "Liedl-Markt" in Opatija-Matulija in ca. 7 Km Entfernung. (auch Sonntag geöffnet). Der "Billa-Markt" am Ortsbeginn von Opatija gleich nach dem Kreisverkehr ist eher ein Feinkostladen mit dementsprechend hohen Preisen.
Zu beachten ist, dass in dem Bereich von Lovran bis Opatija ein kostenloser Zugang zum Strand praktisch nicht möglich ist, da es entlang der Küstenstrasse so gut wie keine Parkmöglichkeiten, ausgenommen der kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze (5-10 Kn/h) bei den Marinas und Stränden gibt.
Das Haus Ana kann ich nach meinem sehr schönen Urlaub guten Gewissens zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Die Online Angaben bezüglich Lage und Ausstattung waren korrekt. Die Komplette Anlage ist in einem Topzustand und sehr gepflegt, sowohl die Außenanlage als auch die Wohnungen.Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und sicher gelegen sodass die Kinder gut behütet sind und die Nachtruhe gewährleistet ist. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, super Meerblick vom Balkon. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto sind verschiedene nahgelegene Ortschaften gut erreichbar wo genügend Freizeitaktivitäten angeboten werden, Busse fahren auch. Insegesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort und können dieses Domizil wärmsten weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus liegt ca. 15 min Fußweg von der Hauptstraße / dem Strandweg. Für den Weg muss man fit sein, weil es über Treppen relativ steil geht. Dafür wird man vom Haus mit einem wunderbaren Blick über der Bucht belohnt.
Das Haus hat mehrere Wohnungen (wie ein Mini-Hotel eingerichtet), alle mit kleineren oder größeren Terrassen mit Meeresblick. Die Wohnungen sind zweckmäßig (Kochplatte, Mikrowelle, 2-3 Töpfe, Geschirr) und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind gut in Schuss. Die Bäder sind gut eingerichtet (inkl. Haartrockner).
Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Ein großer Garten mit Kinderspielplatz und Pool (mehr für Kinder geeignet, oder zum schnellen abkühlen) liegt hinter dem Haus. Hier kann man auch Grillen oder abends einfach ein Glas Wein mit den freundlichen Gastgebern genießen (für die netten Abende noch mal: Danke!).
Die Gastgeber sprechen beide Deutsch, was alles viel einfacher macht.
Zum Strand muss man entweder den Hügel runterlaufen, und dann versuchen rundum was zu finden, oder mit dem Auto runterfahren. Die Strände rundum sind alle mit Kies oder auf den Felsen. Sandstrände gibt es rundum eigentlich nicht, auch wenn man das ab und zu im Internet liest. Im August waren die Strände ziemlich voll, aber mit ein bisschen Glück, findet man doch immer wieder eine nette Ecke.
Wir haben im August 2011 eine wunderbare Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Dementsprechend würden wir es gerne weiterempfehlen.
