About this apartment rental
First, thank you for viewing my condo info. My place in the Gulf To Bay Lagoons it"s a two story unit that has fantastic full views of the beach and beautiful Gulf waters. You can watch parasailers, beachgoers, water sports, boats, ships, and on Sunday nights we have the bongo drum sessions that everyone flocks to. All seen from my large balcony. I love having coffee in the morning and watching the dolphins play in the water. Then at night having a glass of wine to watch the sunset, it doesnt get much better than that. The sights are different everyday. The sounds of beach goers and the sound of the waves is pretty amazing along with digging your toes in this huge beach sand area in front of my condo. If you're not into crowds then I suggest trying countless restaurants in the area for some pretty amazing seafood. Disney is just 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Not a bad drive at all. We don’t have a lot of aminities on our property other than a beautiful pool that sits off the intercoastal water, but where we sit on Gulf Blvd is really central to a lots of fun vacationy places to vist. Not to mention our complex has water on both side of our property. John’s Pass is 1 1/2 miles north, and Publix’s grocery store (for convenience) is 1 1/2 blocks from my condo. My condo is in a really awesome fun area but after a long day of having so many fun things to do…its nice to just sit on the balcony and gear up for the next day.
What I love about my condo is it's size. Room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Not many 3 bedroom condos across the street from the beach so this is a large condo. I also love the pedestrian stop light where you can stop traffic to cross the street. Getting to Publix's grocery store is also convenient, just a block and a half north of the condo and let me tell you about Publix's Key Lime Pie and their famous chocolate chip cookies! Yum! Walking it is a breeze! Walgreens is also past the grocery store and has plenty of shopping in the area. John's Pass is 1 1/2 miles north of my condo. Lots of renters walk it. This is what I love about my condo. Oh, and then theres the pool that sits off the Intercoastal Water for a double relaxing swim.

Loved everything about the property from accommodation to location. Across the road from beach, short walk to restaurants and Publix, we had the pool on many occasions to ourselves and Sue was always quick to reply to any queries I had and we had the best views from the balcony for 4th July, would highly recommend.

This place is very specious and in a great location.
My family of 6 stayed here and it was an unforgettable vacation.
The pool is very nice, stores and restaurants in walking distance. Quiet place great host! Would definitely stay here again! 10/10

We enjoyed our stay! Thank you! The condo is spacious, bigger than we thought, allowing for plenty of space for a family of 5. The check in, check out is smooth, landlord is very responsive, great communication. The building is relatively old but well managed, Location is great, steps to Publix supermarket and at the beginning of a very cool walking beach path. Pool was well equipped and really good size!
The unit was very clean and effectively organized. Nicely done!
We were extremely sensitive to the view. The view is unobstructed but the building is actually situated on the second line. The first line on the beach is a low rise 2-storey building. This building is a second line, separated by a road. The unit is on the 3-4 floors, so the beach view is unobstructed. But if you are sensitive to the noise of traffic you may choose to have all your meals inside:).
