We have spent a lot of time in Treasure Island - every time we need to warm up from the arctic north, we head to The Palms! The location is perfect, the people are friendly, and we love walking or riding bikes everywhere we go. The beach is gorgeous and there are loads of great places to eat. We also love just spending the day at the pool watching birds & dolphins in the bay. So relaxing.

We needed a last minute place to stay due to an unexpected issue with our house, and stumbled across Charles Park and the team at ITrip. What a great surprise! They found us a wonderful condo and made it super-easy to get in and enjoy would could have been a very unpleasant and worrisome stay. I’m so impressed with the team, and the options they gave us for our predicament. Bravo Charles and iTrip!

After booking, my location was changed three times. We ended up at a good place (view and location wise) but that was only after getting a voice mail while in flight day of check in that our second location they moved us to was also under construction. We would not be able to use the balcony, the whole reason someone from WI rents a place in Florida that overlooks water in December. They had to know before we were in flight the SAME DAY that was going to be an issue so the whole communication thing was poor for me. After chatting with them they put us in a new unit with Gulf view, a great location so it worked out just could have been better planned and I'm sure the host would agree. The only knock on the final unit was it was not super clean , the tile floors made our bare fleet black! I'd stay with this place again as the experience and location was great they just need to plan better.
