About this house rental

This recently renovated immaculately maintained Stone Harbor townhouse, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, accommodates up to six people. It is only 1.3 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to the bay and 1 block from shopping and restaurants. Some new features as of 2013 include a new kitchen and appliances, painting, carpet, and modern bathroom vanities. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other 2 large bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each. There are two small balconies, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom. Off street parking in a private garage can house two midsize vehicles. Sorry, NO PETS.

The property was easy to access and was well stocked with beach chairs, bikes, etc. the location was perfect with everything (stores, restaurants, beach) easily within walking distance.

We had a wonderful time at this townhome. An easy walk to the beach and an even closer walk to all of the shops. The townhouse was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend!

This was a very nice rental. Location is great and the house is very nice.

The corner of 99th and Second avenue is the perfect location. Two blocks to the beach and two blocks from downtown. Very clean and the touch-less check in process was very nice. No waiting in line at the realtor to get your keys and beach tags.
