If you'd like to be directly across the street from the best swimming and surfing beach in Waikiki, then this two-bedroom, two-bath Waikiki Beach Tower condo with 1092 sf interior living space and a large (171 sf) ocean-view balcony/lanai with table and chairs is IT! Sleeps Max 6 Guests (including children 3+ years old. 1 additional minor may be added with Twin-size rollaway bed rental of $25/night).
Waikiki Beach Tower is in the heart of Waikiki; an easy stroll to many casual and fine dining restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Water sports and equipment rental equipment can be found just across the street at world famous Waikiki Beach which has a seawall that forms a giant, wave-free pool (excellent for small children).
***THIS CONDO IS FOR SALE. Guests must agree to allow a 15–30-minute supervised showing of the condo after being given a minimum of 24 hours notice.***

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.
ALL CAPTAIN COOK RESORTS RENTALS INCLUDE:
– Bath towels, Beach towels, Bed linens
– Dishes, Silverware, Cookware (including tea kettle & rice cooker)
– Beach chairs, Hair dryer, Iron/Ironing board

This apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay in Waikiki Beach. Comfortable accommodations, kitchen, balcony with spectacular view of the beach/ocean, and close to restaurants and shopping. Our family had a wonderful vacation!

The unit is all about the floor to ceiling windows and large balcony…and from the 19th floor across street from ocean, there is truly never ending ocean of blue.Unit was very clean and necessary supplies were well organized. Newer washer/dryer was bonus. The building and its amenities have been upgraded, but unit is a bit tired and dated (though can’t say enough about view!) Great location and included valet service, which means you can conveniently rent a car and escape the congestion of Waikiki.Only negative was communication was a bit clunky. Didn’t receive confirmation with check in details until after actual check in time when I send note in app, however, I had received a text (outside of app) a few days earlier asking about planned departure time on final day, so I knew I had a confirmed reservation. They do have a local property manager and will provide his direct contact info. We didn’t have need, but it was a comfort knowing there was someone to call, if an issue did arise. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Had a great view, was very dated. Communication with The owner Byron was terrible, had to call 2 times to get door code, ask for late checkout had to call 3 times to get a response and he would not let us have a late checkout.
