Can’t overstate the excellent views and prime location, nearly over the water. The condo is very spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Communication was stellar. Parking garage was manageable for a full-sized SUV. Being up so high, street noise was negligible and there was no noise from neighbors. Remote controlled shades on all windows. AC worked well. Kitchen is well-equipped. Note that the master bedroom is accessed through another of the bedrooms, but there are so few true three bedrooms available, it’s well worth that minor quirk. Elevators are very quick, hardly ever waited. Building staff friendly. Hope to be back soon!
