About this cottage rental
Sweet guest house full of charm from the 1940's. Close to UA and UMC and many wonderful restaurants. Easy access to public transportation. One bedroom/one queen bed/one bath. Small kitchen with all the amenities: stove, oven, full-sized fridge, microwave. There is a lovely shaded, private yard. A washer and dryer for exclusive use of the guest house is located in an out building. Located 6 blocks from UMC and 6 blocks north of UA campus. Wifi is free. There is ROKU on tv with basic local channels. It has an hdmi cable available . Off street parking.

This place was old, but well cared for. Things I loved: it's its own freestanding building, which means it has windows all around, which were modern, opened easily, and had intact screens. The weather was perfect for open windows. The small yard had mature trees which provide shade, along with a little outdoor seating, a bbq and a small fire pit. Also birds, I listened to the birds all day and it was wonderful. The bed was comfy, and the whole place was thoughtfully stocked including nice towels in the bathroom and kitchen. The floor was immaculate. It's quiet. Suggestions: a mat by the bed would be nice, and fixing the blind in the bedroom that has lost its wand.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Little casita was very clean and had everything we needed for a 1 week stay with our dog. Nice neighborhood,

This rental is clean and very convenient to all things in and around Tucson. It is appropriate for two people but not more than that- the area is very small. Some things are in need of updating- in particular, the couch and bed/bed frame, pillows and shower head need to be replaced. Otherwise, the kitchen is fully functional and well stocked and there is an area outside to sit and relax.
