Beautiful nice and relaxing

It was clean beautiful and plenty for the kids to do in the area.

I almost did not book her because the pics were eh ok. Glad I did. It was really nice. For sure reminded me of a nice studio apartment. The only thing I had a little dislike for what with the shower floor.. could be a little slick and I know it’s hard to clean and the shower door is not a fool enclosure, so can get cold. I heat lamp would fix that. The bathroom was very modern and it was really a nice place and even have a few food places in front of the hotel.

Good room for the money, nice front dest during day shift

Staff isn’t welcoming at all or helpful. The girls are unhappy to see you and at night check in was awful, didn’t even tell where is the room located or anything about facilitie. She was so much clearly not welcoming us, that made me feel sick how such attitude towards clients can be acceptable for management not to see. Don’t think it’s her first time.

Very good

The staff at breakfast was helpful and friendly. I liked the fruit options and toasted bagels. Unfortunately, my daughter couldn’t find anything she liked. I liked the large room and location of the hotel to the airport. I also liked the gym.

The pool was not clean. First, you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. When we got in another guest was cleaning out sausage from the pool. When I went under the water there was a panty liner on the bottom.

Overall you hotel was very beautiful and staff did a good job.

Breakfast was great and fresh. The staff was very kind and helpful.

My room was not set up like the one I secured on the email. It was supposed to have a large kitchen corner counter and larger kitchen table. The lights above the stove was dead so we couldn't see to cook in the evening. Was told a maintenance would come the next day and never came. The credit card machine would not work for a long while and was an embarrassment around the other residents. Our card was not the problem by the way. We made the best of it and slept comfortably. In the future we would like to have those issues met right away or some back to plan. .

Awesomely incredible night with my best friend/husband!!!!!!!!

Did not use any of the amenities. Chose location since it was within walking distance to the concert we had tickets for rather than risking a DUI. Room was amazing and comfortable but we were out by 5:30am.
