I love this home, Coral Cabana MR141. It is open, airy, and gives you such a tropical feel. Lounge in one of the four outdoor living spaces or enjoy the sunset on the rooftop terrace. The first floor of this home has a large living room/kitchen area with a 60 inch flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook a fabulous dinner. There is also a large bedroom on this floor with a Queen size bed and a full bath located right outside the room. There is a door off this bedroom to the front patio area. Up the stairs you will find two additional bedrooms, each with their own private bath. The first room has a King bed and the second two full beds. There are also exteriors doors in both of these rooms that lead to the second floor deck. The owners have recently made a nice game room in the garage. - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
