About this apartment rental
This 2BR/2BA Condo located in Bldg. 1 in Yacht Club Villas is beautifully decorated and is perfect for your vacation getaway. When you walk into the Foyer, you will feel right at home. The freshly painted condo has been updated with new flooring throughout and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked to cook all of your meals. The dining room has plenty of seating for everyone and there is a breakfast bar for easy meals for the kids. The living room is very spacious and has comfortable couches and even a chaise lounge for relaxing. The balcony is right off the living room with amazing views of the Waterway, Barefoot Landing, the Marina and much more. You can even sit out there in the summer and watch the fireworks display on Monday evenings at Barefoot Landing.
The first bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom as well. All the rooms have Flat Screen TVs in them and there is free Wi-Fi access in the building.
There is a new washer/dryer in the unit too if you need to do your laundry. The pool area is located at the North Tower and is only a short walk away. You do need a special pass to access the pool and we will give you all the information at check-in. The pool is one of the largest pools in SC and has hot tubs to enjoy as well.
In the summer months, there is a free shuttle that you can take to the beach that runs every hour. A schedule will be included in your arrival package. This property is located right on the Waterway and is close to Barefoot Landing which has lots of restaurants, shops and attractions to enjoy.
Ask us for recommendations and we can even offer catering services if you do not want to cook!

My husband and I are Snowbirds, we come at the end of December, and go home at the end of March. Our family comes down to visit while we are here. The unit that we stay in is more than ample in size. It is clean, and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The view is spectacular. We would strongly recommend this unit. 1001B at YCV, Barefoot.NMB

Larry & I have been coming to NMBSC for over 12 years, we have dealt with VRNMB for 10 of those years. They have always been very courteous and helpful to us. The properties that we have stayed in have been more than ample, and very clean. We have family that come to see us while we are here, and they are thrilled with the surroundings. We strongly recommend using VRNMB if you are deciding on taking a mini vacation to SC.

Larry & I have been coming to SC for the past 12-15 yrs. (Snowbirds). Our son discovered YCV for us, and we have thoroughly, enjoyed our stay. At the end of our stay, which is March 30th, we renew for the following year. The condo is more than ample for us, and any guest that may visit. Very clean and has all the amenities that is needed. Vacation Rentals of NMB is very helpful to us in anything that we may need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering a stay in NMB, SC.
