Yacht Club Villas #1-701 is a large 3BR/3BA located in Building one in Barefoot Resort. The property has amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marina and the pool area. It is close to Barefoot Landing which has lots of shops, restaurants and attractions.
This property has a large kitchen area that overlooks the dining room and living room which opens up to the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms so everyone has their own space. There are 2 queen beds in the primary bedroom, 1 king bed in the second bedroom and 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom. All of the bedrooms and the living room has Flat Screen TVs and DVD players. The living room is very comfortable with plenty of seating and it has a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure.
You will love the views from the balconies and can even watch the fireworks in the summer at Barefoot Landing from there. The pool area is walking distance away which is the largest pool in SC! Check out The House of Blues, Alligator Adventure or Duplin Winery during your stay. Or check out a show at the Alabama Theater. There is so much to do you will want to come back year after year.
This property has a 4 night minimum stay in the summer. This property is non-smoking, no pets, no motorcycles or golf carts allowed.

We had a great stay at the villas. Check in was easy, rooms were large and clean. The location was perfect for golf as we were able to walk and take the shuttle home. Would recommend.

Great checkin process, much easier than other companies within the complex. They were even very helpful and mailed my belongings to me that if forgot in the unit when we left.

We had a very nice stay here. We rented 2 - 4 bedroom and 2 - 3 bedroom units and for the most part no issues. I would recommend this company. Rooms were clean and Management was nice and on point. The one issue we had she offered a solution to the problem almost immediately.
