About this house rental
Luxury living at its best. Once you've lived in this house, you won't want to go anywhere else for your vacation.
Perfect Corporate Executive, Full time or Winter retreat. This beautiful mansion is located in the beautiful Starpass golf community. Within this neighborhood is also the JW Marriott Resort w/ golf & four on-site restaurants, hiking trails, and athletic facilities. The home is close to the UofA, downtown Tucson, the annual Gem Show, the airport, Raytheon, caterpillar, and many more places.
The house has 4 split levels. The first level being downstairs where two of the bedrooms are and where the back yard is. The second being the common area which is accessed through the front door of the house. One of the bedrooms is also in this level. The third being upstairs where the Master bedroom is. The forth level is accessed via a spiral stairs which leads to two more rooms. These two rooms are not accessible to renters and are locked down for owner’s private use.
There is a huge Master Suite with a California King size bed and a luxurious day bed. Attached is a balcony with two sitting areas and an outstanding view of the surrounding hills. The connecting master bath has a large rain shower and an over sized tub with jets that let you soak away the day. There is a loft outside of Master bedroom which has beds in it and privacy panel is available. There is a treadmill in the master as well as a library of books for your reading enjoyment.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and a twin bed and a connecting full bathroom, included is another jet bath.
Bedroom three has a queen bed and a twin bed and an attached full bathroom. Included are also countless old VHS movies and children books, perfect for families with young ones.
Bedroom 4 also has a full bathroom right in front of it. Bedroom 2 and 3 both open up to the beautiful backyard which makes it easy access to the outdoor amenities.
3 of the bedrooms have their own Smart TV for your private viewing. There is a large TV in the family room as well. Each bedroom has its own large walk in closet allowing for plenty of storage.
There are balconies all around the house.
To top it off, the house showcases beautiful natural stones in its framework, with Travertine floors, Marble bathrooms and Granite counter tops. In addition, it has a water softner and electrical fixtures throughout, not to mention a central AC.
The laundry room comes with a high efficiency washer and dryer, free for guests to use.
Two Pianos are also available for those who love to play music.
Your kids will love the adorable theme, books! Cozy reading and play corner.
Amazing round breakfast dining area off of the kitchen and family room with bay windows has a view to the vast front yard where you can see wildlife and flowers and trees outside while enjoying your meal.
This house is wide open from every direction with many doors opening to the patios and 5 balconies, sunrise balcony and sunset balcony that surround the home.
Outside enjoy the Jacuzzi/Hot tub, a newly added massive 16’ Swim SPA , front and back yard with putting greens and flower bushes everywhere. Many outside seating areas to gather around while you BBQ or just enjoy beautiful Tucson sunset.
This house has 3 car garage with automatic opener two of which are available to park your car. The drive way in front of the garage is huge and can accommodate more cars.
Guest access
The entire house is available and private to the guests. There is a separate 4th floor upstairs unit which is for private use. Care takers use that area which has a separate and private entrance from outside.
Keypad codes required to access property will be given before the first day of arrival. Please allow time before your trip so codes can be programmed for you. Thank you

This is a wonderful property close to golf. parks and downtown. We had originally had four couples planned but circumstances left us with just two couples This house would have handled the four couples easily with rooms to spare. Host was easily accessible and helpful. Starr Pass a beautiful area..

Property was comfortable and plenty large enough for 8. Also close to plenty of golf courses. When the first guest arrived, he was given a thorough tour of property. This was the perfect homebase for this golf trip. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Pros:
Beautiful home. It is as advertised.... a mansion with highly ornate decorating. I appreciated the friendliness of the Host as she gave a detailed tour at check in. Kitchen has every dish and appliance that you could possibly need.
Cons:
Minor issues ....
I'm glad for the detailed tour because she showed me where to find the towels. They were in a closet by the entry way instead of in the bathrooms... except the masterbath had towels in it. I wouldn't have thought to look there. It would have been nice to have toiletries similar to a hotel. A small shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.
The kitchen is wonderfully supplied ... but the dishes and glasses were all glass or otherwise delicate. It would have been nice to have some that were more casual.
The house is beautifully and intricately decorated with vases, statues, etc. We were all very mindful of the placement and delicacy of the items, and showed respect and care for all of it... kind of like being in a museum. It is not a place to kick up your feet and relax.
Major issues:
My siblings and I were gathering from around the country for my brother's 80th birthday. My brother lives in Tucson and has raised his family there. With all of my siblings and their spouses together, we totaled 8 who would be staying at the house. A much better option than individual hotel rooms. This beautiful home is advertised for a capacity of 16 house guests. I thought this was really great because it would be large enough to accommodate a two hour Sunday afternoon visit from my nieces and nephews who live in the area. But, at no time would we exceed 16 people in the house. Much to my surprise, I was billed an additional $400 for the possibility of having them stop by for a couple of hours! Important to note the "No Guests or Visitor" policy. Needless to say, we made other arrangements for the gathering.... a picnic at the park. It was lovely, but not what I had planned when I booked this large home. The $400 charges were removed from my account. The end result was we didn't spend very much time at the house.... ate breakfast then gone for most of the day, returned in the evening to talk around the kitchen table and then sleep. Found other interesting things to do in Tucson. My brother who lives locally opted to stay in his own home and was only at the house for a couple of hours on the day of check in. So there were only 6 overnight guests and no visitors.
