Gables-by-the -sea is a guarded community on biscayne bay. It is close to high end shopping and world class restaurants, but is in a quiet, tree shaded and secluded Coral Gables waterfront community. The house has 6200 square feet, and all bedrooms are suites with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. The pool/ patio has a large heated spa and 100 feet of dock with a boat lift and room for a large yacht.
Two bedrooms have king size beds and two have queen size.
There is a library with cable and high speed internet.
The elegant white kitchen has a Viking 6 burner gas stove, 2 ovens, subzero refrigerator and wine cooler. Family room has 55 inch Sony flat screen tv with Direct tv. The master bath and one other bathroom have jacuzzi tubs.
After you exit the gate, there is a shaded bike path that takes you to coconut grove, matheson hammock park and beach, and fairchild tropical gardens.
Dadeland mall is a 10 minute drive, and coral gables with many great restaurants and shops is a 15 minute drive. The university of miami is 10 minutes away, and south beach is a scenic drive 25 minutes away on old cutler road.
Maid service is available daily or weekly.
