Apartment is situated in the heart of Msida, a very sought after area for its location, measuring 70 sq. metres. Just 5 minutes walk away from the University Campus and less than 10 minutes drive to Valletta and St. Julians. Nearest bus stop is less than 100 metres away. Apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable, fully air-conditioned and close to all amenities. It is ideal both for a short holiday stay or for business. Long lets are also considered. Free cable T.V and Wi-Fi/Internet.

It consists of 2 bedrooms (one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another double bedroom), 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), kitchen/living/dining area and back balcony. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, flat T.V., ironing facilities, hair dryer, shower, bath, washing machine.
Apartment is situated in a residential area. A skate park is situated nearby. Close to all amenities with a number of groceries stores and fast-food restaurants close-by.
The apartment is situated close to the main road and bus stops, with frequent buses to Valletta and St.Julians. A mini bus terminus is just 10 minutes walk away, situated near the hospital with a number of buses going to various parts of the island.

The apartment was spacious with two double bedrooms, open plan kitchen dining and living area. It had all conveniences to make for a pleasant stay. We found the location handy for walking to Sliema sea front (approx 20 mins) where there are lots of eating places and places to arrange boat trips. it is also a good location for getting into the old town of Valletta. We tended to walk there (approx 45 mins) not allowing for bars or cafe stops along the way! but there are plenty of nearby bus stops for easier transportation and a lot of people also use Bolt. There are shops on many local streets and nearest supermarket is 7 mins walk. The host, Alfred, is great providing helpful tips and making sure you have everything you need.

Alfred and his wife are very helpful people. The place was super clean with large rooms and living space. Conveniently located near bus stops and convenience stores.
