• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)
OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking
HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November!
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

My chilolive far apart and this was the most perfect place for everyone to get together x enjoy each other. Many things to keep the kids busy while adults utilized the beautiful patio and awesome view!

We arrived late (10:30pm) to a freezing property. By 2:30 it was colder. It was painful. We called and property manager sent 2 space heaters. Fire place is not functional. I asked for 2 more for the other two bedrooms. Maintenance man was upset, said it was all I could have, and it was the middle of the night. The space heaters kept tripping the power so eventually they ran extension cords and said we can’t sue them. We were exhausted from traveling and this was not the reception we had hoped for. If we had small kids the cords running all along bathroom etc. would have been a hard no. The next morning they told us all units are like this so no need to change. They would try to heat another unit but don’t expect better. They did offer us a refund if we left the next morning. We were so tired and most places were sold out so we decided moving everything was a huge hassle. Temperature aside - the beds were terrible. So hard with paper thin slippery single blanket. The extra blankets in closets were thin and small. (No extras upon request). We all hurt from the terrible mattresses. Walls paper thin. The amenities may be nice, but are all not usable during winter. The hot tub is outside and our room wasn’t warm so that made no sense. It is more of an 8 min drive to Silver Dollar City. Not a property that provides the necessities - they made clear you had to get your own coffee filters. It seemed very sparse compared to all the other VRBOs we have stayed at.
