Family compound. Perfect summer getaway!
Beautiful, newly furnished 4 bedroom 4 bath home on 1.2 acres of private and expertly landscaped grounds.
Centrally located with large gunite pool, huge deck, BBQ, woods, pool house, pool toys, outdoor shower, separate garage with bikes and beach chairs. The house has beach towels, badminton and more.
The renter has access to a private bay beach at the end of the road.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, including a master bedroom and bath with luxury fitting.
Large open living space with living room, dining room and fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Separate den with 55 inch tv and playroom with foos ball. Large laundry room with an extra fridge.
Pool house has a 4th bedroom with full bath, living area and a fridge.
The pool is heated.
Minutes to the beach, bay, Southampton Village and downtown Hampton Bays. This is the perfect summer rental for 2 to 3 families to share.
There is a private beach on Shinnecock Bay 3 blocks away that's perfect for stand-up boarding, kayaking and walking (low tide.)
Sleeps 9. Check in 2pm, check out 11am.

This is our second year at this lovely property. Our extended family, from 6 to 80, had a marvelous time. The pool is perfect, the home had enough space for all to play together or have some private time. The location is very convenient to all the Hamptons have to offer and the owner very responsive to any issues, which were minimal.

The home is bright and comfortable with a great deck and terrific pool. Perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. The property is lovely and the location perfect with a great deal of privacy while only a short ride to Hampton Bays and convenient to both Westhampton and Southampton. Our hostess was very responsive to some minor issues and we would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house. The location is great (right in between hampton bays and southampton, 5 minutes from anything you may need), the outdoor space is fantastic and the inside is a perfect beach home (lovely two bed, two bath on the main floor and a finished basement). Nancy was very nice, extremely communicative and helpful. All amenities and services were managed seamlessly. Overall it was a perfect end the the Summer.

Our family was able to spend a glorious month in Hampton Bays. The property is gorgeous and our 20 month old grandson was in heaven exploring everyday. The pool is beautiful and the house is well appointed. There are great spaces for work from home and for family meals. We loved being together in the perfect summer setting.
