About this house rental
This Villa has it all! Downstairs includes a grand dining area with rustic seating and a private office with it's own patio hammock/fountain getaway with stained glass on the side of the house that will ease any stressful day.
Now we enter the the open living/kitchen area that faces the tranquil pool, hot tub & a plethora of colorful plants. The backyard is equipped for a cookout, reading a book under the covered patio or catching some rays in the shallow pool lounge. There is also an outdoor fireplace and a large outdoor TV discretely behind the cabinet ready to be opened for a sports event!
The backyard is also equipped with a mosquito repellent system that operates daily and can be triggered before events.
Downstairs also includes a full laundry room, kitchen cove office area, wet bar with ice maker, fireplace, bathroom, large pantry & 2 and 1/2 car garage in addition to a gated front drive court yard that is is automatically gate secured and allows parking by the kitchen entrance.
Lets walk up the spiral hardwood floored staircase. This includes 3 full bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom can easily sleep 2 adults. Towards the back of the upstairs area has a third office/computer/entertainment area with wet bar/mini kitchen and a lush patio overlooking the ocean blue pool & the Mediterranean style garden. Another great spot for book reading or drinking a glass of wine at sunset.
Now we enter the theater room with all the bells & whistles. Enjoy a movie or a Football game in a room with surround sound, theater seats & mink bean bags. If your not interested in TV, no worries, play a game of pool instead. The upstairs office or theater room could accommodate additional children for sleeping purposes.
Our home is minutes from the top attractions in Dallas yet an oasis outside of the "Downtown" area. Yes the home is near a Texas President but it doesn't have the secret service ;)
We're near North Park Mall for all the shoppers out there ! The best description is close enough to the party scene but far enough at the same time! Its the best of both worlds here at our home. We are literally 4 miles from downtown. 2 miles from uptown which includes McKinney Ave (fun bar and restaurant street) ... Yet in Preston Hollow area which means safe, clean and nothing to be afraid of :)

My family stayed here while we had some renovations done to our home. The homeowners were very responsive and did a great job accommodating our requests. The home itself is very spacious, very clean and has been nicely updated. It was too cold for us to use the pool, but it was well-maintained and would be a great place to relax or entertain friends. Bonus for my family was the home theater room. My kids loved watching Disney movies in their own theater! As a resident of the DFW Metroplex, I can verify that many of the great Dallas amenities and activities are just a short drive away. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby (Preston/NW Hwy and Snider Plaza), also. I would recommend to anyone visiting Dallas.
