The Space:
Welcome to this exquisite Dallas retreat remodeled in 2023!
Step inside to the modern living space which has a desirable open concept perfect for large groups allowing great entertainment and flow between the kitchen and living room. The living room has a fireplace (no indoor use), mounted TV, and ample seating with oversized sectional and chair. Plenty of room for families and holiday gatherings.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with beautiful quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cookware, dinnerware, serving-ware, coffee bar, cocktail shaker set, and kitchen appliances. Abundant counter space for ideal catering and serving to guests. Find a seat at the breakfast bar or large dining table!
***Complimentary regular and decaf coffee, creamer, sweetener, tea, condiments, a variety of cooking spices, salt, pepper, cooking spray, and cooking oil.
There are 3 total bedrooms in the main house and fun game room space in garage.
Bedroom 1 (Downstairs, sleeps 2) has picturesque views of the yard. A beautiful king-size canopy bed, large dresser, black out curtains, large mounted TV, and highly rated memory foam mattress and sheets await you. Large walk-in closet attached.
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs, sleeps 4) has 2 full size beds suitable for up to 4 guests, highly rated memory foam mattresses, dresser, mounted TV, ensuite bathroom, plus plenty of room for storage.
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs, sleeps 5) has 2 sets of bunk beds beds (full over full, twin over twin) and 1 trundle bed (twin), highly rated memory foam mattresses, mounted TV, and closet.
Bathroom 1 (Downstairs): Bathroom located off front hallway adjacent to bedroom 1 with single basin sink, toilet, and stand up shower.
Bathroom 2 (Upstairs): Ensuite bathroom off of bedroom 2, has single basin sink, toilet, and stand up shower.
Bathroom 3 (Upstairs): Bathroom located off hallway upstairs and has double sinks, toilet, and large free standing soaking tub.

The game room space features a ping pong table, pool table, and bar top table and stools. Fun for all!
The outdoor space features a fabulous yard that is fully turfed and perfect for entertaining (pet friendly), HUGE shaded umbrella, comfortable lounge seating, fire pit, bistro table and chairs, outdoor hanging loveseat, hot tub with lights and waterfall, and string lights. Enjoy watching your favorite movies, shows, and sports games outdoors on the large mounted outdoor TV. Stay in and cook with an outdoor gas BBQ grill (propane tank included). The tropical landscaping provides a tranquil atmosphere for relaxing in the big city. Plenty of backyard games including cornhole and bocce ball.
All 5 large screen Smart TV’s have Roku, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, etc. There is also cable access to many stations.

A 12 minute drive to Dallas Love Field, 6 minute drive to Dallas Market Center, 7 minute drive to American Airlines Center, 22 minute drive to AT&T Stadium, 8 minute drive to Parkland Hospital and UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Many grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance or easy driving distance.Beautiful home with great amenities. We had a wide range of ages and everyone had a great time!!Very nice hosts.

The house was perfect and clean

To start with, the house is cute as a button. Lovely design but I think it would help if the owners spent a few nights there and focused on comfort and function of the home. House was ‘clean’ when we got there but they don’t seem to check on things between guests, for instance, there wasn’t enough propane to use the grill. The water filter light was on so we couldn’t use the ice. They have rugs on top of carpet upstairs and the rugs aren’t flat, so they were both dirty and a trip hazard. Beds had sand in them and were sprayed with some incredibly strong scent that required washing twice to get outNot having the garage doors open is an enormous pain. Had to walk all the way around the house to put the garbage out.Guest room switches are behind the head boards and it is a ridiculous pain to try to use them. No working lamp upstairsBathroom with tub has no place to hang towelsDishwasher is not anchored. Almost fell overNo extra towels or sheets which meant I had to stay up late washing sheets from the ghastly scent. And there are no bath rugs - just one bath mat per bathroom with no grip. Scary getting out of the tub. Sheets and pillows were crummy quality. 100% cotton sheets from Costco would be better and healthier. There was more but this is enough. House needs a refresh and some TLC.
