Settle in to this comfortable Tudor-style vacation home nestled in the foothills of Mt. Hood, tucked away in the little residential community of Timberline Rim. You'll feel right at home relaxing in the hot tub in the backyard or chatting around the backyard table surrounded by trees. In the peaceful, fully fenced backyard with a hot tub, there's a gas grill for outdoor meals and plenty of space for the kids or dogs to run around.

What's nearby:
Come wintertime, this little town along the Mt. Hood Scenic Byway is close to a number of different ski resorts, making it an ideal destination for snow sports. The neighborhood of Timberline Rim includes a seasonal pool and a tennis court at the Timberline Ridge Recreation Club. Mt Hood Ski Bowl is 16 miles away and the famous Timberline Lodge is only a 35 minute drive from the house. In the surrounding National Forest lands, there are multiple trails for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
