About this house rental
Tucked away on a quiet residential street, this 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home has been carefully maintained and tastefully decorated to provide welcoming surroundings to our guests. Whole house and gardens provide private accommodation, no shared spaces.The double garage leads to a large fully equipped kitchen, corrian counter tops, microwave,coffee maker, toaster, glass topped range, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Also Washer/Dryer neatly set into corner of tall kitchen cabinets. Kitchen leads into open plan dining room (will seat 8 with table extension), access to Screened Porch Florida Room through French doors. Living room tastefully decorated with loveseat and couch, 48' Flat Screen TV, Free Netflix movies, DVD Player, Cable and Wi-Fi. Master Bedroom has white queen bed, en-suite bathroom/shower with separate vanity, lots of closet space. Second bedroom also has Queen Bed and built in closets. Third bedroom has twin beds, brightly decorated for younger guests, has TV and DVD Player for watching movies or playing games. Main Bathroom has Jetted Bathtub perfect for relaxing after a long day sightseeing or just playing on the Beach!! The rear Florida Room,screened Porch is perfect to relax in the evening, hear the birds sunset call, have a game of cards..or just discuss the day. The rear garden is fully enclosed with a privacy fence, ideal for children and pets.
Look out for our resident wild rabbit 'Roland', he generally comes visiting early morning and after 5 PM in the evening!! He likes a carrot or 2 so don't be afraid to give him a little snack...as long as it's veggie!! If you go for a walk in the neighborhood, look out for Peacocks, several live wild in the area.
The house has full Central Air Conditioning, double glazed windows to keep it cool in summer and warm in the 'winter'?!! A very comfortable house with tile floors throughout making it easier to keep clean and sanitized. We enjoy staying there, hope you do too.

From the moment we walked into this property we knew we were going to have a great month. The property was clean and the hosts left little treats when we arrived, which was so appreciated. We loved the backyard in the morning for coffee and listening to the birds and rooster, and found the peacocks. Highly recommend this property for families! Close to shopping and about 30min to beach.

Green Gables was very clean and comfortable for our one month stay in Florida. The purpose of our visit was to escape the northern winter and to work remotely. Green Gables fit the bill for this. We especially enjoyed the sunporch and backyard. The house was clean and comfortable, and was exactly as advertised. We were able to take day trips and explore the area. I would recommend this property to others.

The absolute best part about this rental was that there were fresh eggs, butter, bananas, scones and snacks etc for us. Our last night there we were hungry in the middle of the night and I scrambled up some eggs and we had those with a scone. We do quite a bit of travelling and most rentals are ran by rental companies that do not provide anything extra for comfort. So these extra touches were so appreciated. The home was lovely and clean. Yard was perfect for our dogs to run around in. We will be back for sure.
