About this apartment rental
They live in a building that was converted to English style in the 19th century.
The object itself is several hundred years old. It has been saved from decay in recent years and has been extensively renovated.
The property has a beautiful garden that you can use. Garden furniture and grill are available. The property borders the Döbschütz moated castle, parts of this castle date from the 12th century.
The "Mühlgraben" is a branch of the "Schwarzen Schöps" right on the property.
The parking lot is at the house.
The apartment is approximately 120 square meters and is located on the 1st floor.
There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, which is 180cm wide.
There is also a bedroom with a 100cm wide single bed and a bedroom with two single beds with 80cm and 90cm width. Each bedroom has a television. An additional bed is possible on request.
One bathroom has a bathtub with toilet and vanity. Another bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and vanity.
In the kitchen there is a fridge, dishwasher, sink, electric stove, various. Cupboards and accessories available.
In the living room there is a dining table with 6 chairs, 2 leather sofas and a television. There is also a small library and a dressing room in the apartment.
The property is approx. 2 km from the A4 motorway, Dresden - Görlitz, exit Niederseifersdorf.
The cities of Görlitz and Bautzen can be reached within 20 minutes via the motorway. Nearby is a very nice outdoor pool (Reichenbach), Bärwalder See and Bertzdorfer See.
Another holiday destination is the Muskauer Park (World Heritage) - castle with museum and a very beautiful landscape park, which was created by the famous Prince Pückler.
Interesting destinations in the vicinity are the towns of Löbau, Zittau, the Oberlausitzer Bergland, the Zittau Mountains with the mountain Oybin (old monastery ruin), where Caspar David Friedrich painted, as well as the Kromlauer Park and the Branitz Park, also by the Prince Pückler created the Giant Mountain Valley with its castles in Poland, and the entire former Silesia with its beautiful city of Wroclaw.

We loved our time here in a beautiful location and with a great sense of history. Unfortunately the check in experience was a little stressful. We tried to get directions and check in details beforehand by messaging the host and through VRBO but without result. Following the directions on the listing did not take us to the property and it was only by chance spotting it across the fields that we managed to get there. We wandered round for a while looking for someone and eventually found our hosts door where he was waiting for us. If only we'd known that beforehand we'd have been saved a lot of worry and wasted time.

We stayed for a short five day holiday. Idea was to use the aprtment as base for visits to Prague, Wroclaw and Berlin as well as some local sights like Löbau, Kromlau Rhododendronpark and Oibyn Castle.
Local area does not offer much but the apartment and surrounding is very nice and cosy. The host was friendly and accommodating.
The apartment was clean and well-equipped and very spacious. Super nice experience!

In diesem wunderbar ausgebauten und eingerichteten „alten Gemäuer“ (Respekt dafür) kann man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig angelegt, gut ausgestattet und außergewöhnlich sauber. Einfach schön und sympathisch. Direkt am Gutshaus kann man im Garten entspannen oder bei Spaziergängen durch Wald und Flur die Stille genießen. Weitere schöne Orte, wie Görlitz oder die Parks und Gärten von Fürst Pückler und, und… erreicht man in kurzer Zeit. Für lohnende Informationen zu Ausflügen oder der Umgebung, aber auch für ein „Schwätzchen“ nebenher ist der Vermieter immer offen; hat uns alles rundherum - 5 Sterne – gut gefallen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle für einen Ausgangs-Aufenthalt in den Spreewald und nach Tschechien wieder…

Perfekt für ein kleines Familientreffen, es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
