We were lucky to find this apartment. It met our needs for location, and Susanne and Peter were great hosts. Susanne provided flowers, Peter made us chocolate cake, and both shared advice when requested. Susanne even washed our laundry for us. The location was great for us. The beaches of the Middle West Coast and West End were only a short drive away. Christoffel National Park and Shete Boca National Park were conveniently up the main highway. We found all our food and other needs at the village’s Sunshine Market. Above all, it wasn’t in the city and it wasn’t a resort where you only meet people like yourself. There were plenty of roosters and dogs in the neighborhood, and Susanne and Peter’s little kitty was our friend. Every Sunday there is a food fair in Barber that Susanne told us about and where we got our main Sunday meal.

We had a very relaxing stay! Susanne & Peter were not just wonderful hosts but wonderful human beings. They treated us like family.
I highly recommend staying at this beautiful paradise!

Mein Aufenthalt auf Curacao wird mir nicht nur wegen der wunderschönen Insel sehr gut in Erinnerung bleiben, auch und vor allem hatte ich Glück im Tropic Hill gebucht zu haben. Alles war wie beschrieben, genauso, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Man hat alles was man braucht, es ist sehr sauber und hygienisch. Die Anlage im Allgemeinen ist von Palmen bewachsen. Viele heimische Vogelarten und Eidechsen vertreiben sich ebenfalls den Tag im Tropic Hill. Die Gastgeber Susi und Peter werden mir besonders in Erinnerung bleiben. Sie betreiben die Apartments wirklich mit Herz und Seele, sind immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit und kennen sich auf der Insel ausgezeichnet aus und haben immer tolle Tipps, was man als nächstes erkunden kann. Die beiden haben mir meine Zeit auf der Insel wirklich versüßt inklusive ihrer beiden Hunde Silvester und Hugo. Ganz klare Buchungsempfehlung - eine echte Wohlfühloase mit den besten Menschen dazu. Ich werde bestimmt zum "Wiederholungstäter" ;) Ganz liebe Grüße an euch beide aus Berlin!!!!
