About this house rental

Permit# 18-STR-19243. Property has DIRECTV, added 42' Smart TV June 2021, WiFi, washer/dryer, dish washer, full kitchen, full size refrigerator , dinning room, will seat 6 comfortably, living room, full bath, one dedicated bedroom with new mattress added June 2021 and box springs and a parlor, with a new queen size fold out bed, that can serve as a second bedroom. Decorated with antiques and original art, 12 ft. ceilings and refinished hard wood floors. Walk to Whole Foods, or better yet Langenteins, boutiques, clothing stores, Starbucks two blocks, restaurants, bars, wine stores, St. Charles Ave., Tulane, Loyola, Magazine Street, and Audubon Park.
