Newly Remodeled Home - Short Walk to the Beach - 10min from Vineyards

We have remodeled our 3,000 square foot home. It is a bright, airy, inviting space where you can relax outside on the patio or enjoy family and friends in one of our many open living spaces. During the day you can drive down to our private beach, play a few holes at the nearby golf course, visit the village park, or drop by a nearby winery and have a taste.

Stepping through the front door you will be welcomed into a bright, open living room with double picture windows. Looking up towards the 25ft. ceiling, you will find a balcony that overlooks the living room from the second floor. As you walk further into the house you will find the living room opens into a hallway to the right or the dining room straight ahead. Through the dining room you can also access the kitchen and family/TV room. Walking down the hallway you will find a queen sized bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed (comfortably sleeps two adults), and a shared bathroom at the end of the hall.

Walking up the hardwood steps to the second level you will find another three bedrooms. To your right is a queen sized bedroom overlooking the front of the property. Continuing further down the hall to your left you will find another queen sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (also accessible via the hallway). Finally, when you reach the end of the hallway you will find the master bedroom. The master bedroom contains a king sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom, a separate sitting area, and window views providing a 270 degree vantage of the property.

Outside, the rear yard has several sitting and dining areas, as well as a mobile charcoal grill. On the ground floor there is a small deck area, accessible via the sliding doors from the family/TV room. It is the perfect place to take morning tea or have a glass of wine overlooking the back yard. On the second floor there is a larger deck, accessible by outdoor steps in the back yard as well as inside via the sliding door at the top of the staircase. It's a great place to lounge during the day or relax and gaze at the stars at night.

Note: 1. The property is smoke and pet free (no smoking inside and no dogs and/or cats).
2. To the greatest extend possible we try to keep a no shoes policy. It keeps the outside dirt outside and helps you relax while you are inside :)
3. We have a standard lease agreement that we require guests to sign before they take occupancy of the house.
