About this house rental
This is a fabulous walkable, 3 bedroom/2 bath single family home with a two car garage in the highly sought after Desert Ridge Community. The home boasts an open interior with vaulted ceilings, a gorgeous kitchen with dark granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a cozy eating nook with bay window, a large master suite with walk-in closet, and 2 good sized extra bedrooms. All this, and an unbelievable back yard with sparkling HEATED pebbletec pool and hot tub- absolutely perfect for entertaining!
CHILD & FAMILY FRIENDLY!
Because we have four little ones of our own, this house offers plenty for babies, toddlers and young children. Recently installed was a security fence securing the pool from the back door to protect your little ones. Also, we have plenty of child toys for their enjoyment. We also have two pack n plays for your little ones to sleep. Also provided is a baby rocker and a booster seat that can be used at the table with the grown up or on its own with the tray. If there is anything else you're children may need feel free to ask and we can provide.

We are the closest rental house available within walking distance to the Desert Ridge Marketplace, which contains over 100 shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. It is Phoenix's premiere Shopping & Entertainment Center. Also at Desert Ridge is a full size grocery store and gas station, along with everyone's favorite burger stand, In-N-Out!

First of all, the house is very clean and the location has many nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance. It’s also a short drive to Carefree where we particularly enjoy Tonto Bar and Grill for dinner. Eric was a great communicator and very gracious to work with. The pool and hot tub are safe and secure, and we felt very comfortable with our two smaller dogs - even taking advantage of the small grass area that Eric has provided for them to use. The reason for our less than glowing review is that there is overwhelming construction occurring right behind the house. This consists of several high-rise buildings and creates a situation where both workers and future occupants have a bird’s eye view from right across the street into the backyard over the pool and patio. There’s a lot of noise with construction equipment and trucks - for us making our stay very disappointing. One helpful note is that the construction shuts down on Saturday and Sunday.
