The house was very clean well stocked and views are great.. The are is very quiet and peaceful.The listing makes it sound like you have a private beach to swim in the ocean that is not the case. The water has to much debris from an old dock that you can't see during high tide but is very visible during low tide. There is a beach but it's not very clean. If you don't care about the beach or swimming then this house is good. Unfortunately we really wanted a place to lay on the beach and play in the water.
