Welcome The Honey Hole on Davis Bayou with deep water access in quaint Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Enjoy this private sanctuary surrounded by nature with water views from nearly every window! Fish off of our dock or bulkhead. Bring your boat, water toys or kayaks. Downtown Ocean Springs is just minutes away. Visit the various restaurants which also host live music throughout the week and lots of boutique shopping. There are several art galleries and museums to visit as well. Ocean Springs has lots to do outdoors. Several beaches are nearby as well as parks with hiking trails to explore. Ocean Springs is just across the Biloxi Bay bridge for additional dining and entertainment. Biloxi and Gulfport offer several casinos and amusement park like activities.
Our home boasts an open floor plan with ample kitchen space and an outdoor BBQ to cook up fantastic feasts for your loved ones. The home has a large great room with a TV and a keeping room off the breakfast nook with a cozy fireplace. All of these spaces have incredible views! There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds. It also has a bunk room with 2 twin beds. (4 bedrooms total). There are 2 bathrooms both with double sinks. One is an ensuite with a walk-in shower and the other one has a tub/shower. This home also has a laundry room and closet full of items for activities that renters are welcome to use during their stay.
Guests can enjoy pickle ball, fishing and other activities right in the backyard or relax and watch the many birds, alligators, turtles, and other wildlife. There is also a fire pit for evening get togethers. Pets are welcome and The Honey Hole has a fenced yard (Guests must be mindful of the wildlife that surrounds The Honey Hole- Please do not feed or touch the wild animals in the area). Too many amenities to describe about this wonderful home and the friendly people of OS!
January 2025 Update – We have just completed upgrades to the boat dock. The new dock has more deck space for fishing and now includes an upper level for outdoor dining, enjoying sunsets, and bird watching. There is also a porch swing if all that you want to do is relax. Note that the existing boat and boat lift are not available for use and that access to the stored boat may occur (guests will not be affected – access would be from outside of the fenced property). You are welcome to bring your boat. There is ample room on the dock to tie-off boats as long as 26 feet. The dock has excellent access to offshore.

Beautiful views and warm gathering spaces in the house. We had out of town family visiting for the holiday, and we needed a few extra bedrooms and a living area that could accommodate everyone. This house was perfect!

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The house is very clean - and as advertised. There's considerable outdoor space - and the views over the marsh are unparalleled. Of particular note - the new dock, with it's second level sitting area - makes a really nice place to have dinner and drinks - and puts you out in the marsh in an almost 360 degree way.

The property was amazing. The house and grounds were very clean. Neighborhood was quiet. If you are looking for a nice retreat, this is one place you would want to stay. We had a question for the property owner and response was prompt. Also, we loved the wildlife in the area.We would like to thank the property owners for sharing their home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This home was perfect for our one week stay. The home was clean, spacious, and had geeat water views. Kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and watching the wildlife. I would recommend this home and would stay there again.
