If you are looking for that perfect home for your getaway vacation, then this is the place for you. It is located in St.Helen, Michigan on a one acre fenced back yard. There is a lake nearby for boating, skiing, swimming or just relaxing in the summer with a picnic area and playground. RV trails and great golf courses are close by as well. In the winter months there are snowmobile trails and ice fishing to fill your time. The house has a one car heated garage with paved driveway. Inside is carpeting with wood kitchen floors. There are 2 queen beds and a double bed located in the 2 bedrooms. There is also room for air mattresses for more sleeping options. Each bedroom has its own window air conditioner to keep you cool in the summer months. This is the perfect place and priced just for you. Rent by day, week, or month. No more than six adults please. Rental is $100 day, $650 for the week, or $2700 per month. WiFi and cable are included in the price. Look no more, this is the place for you! This is the 4th or 5th time we've stayed at this location for the purpose of riding rzrs, and we're sad that it's our last time. This house is close to the trails, large is size, we love the garage & mud room and use the w/d regularly.

Our host is easy to communicate with, the place is in a great location and nicely complimented with amenities. The area is quiet and inviting. It is the perfect location for us during our stay.

House was as expected for the most part except it could use a lot of dusting and kitchen ceiling light was full of bugs. Location was good. Only issue we had was the owner had someone(repairman) come into the house while we were NOT there and without notifying us. We were not aware of any problems that needed to be fixed. He assured us the worker was “truthful” but this should not have happened.
