About this house rental
Just a short walk to Higgins Lake. Enjoy this clean and comfortable year round newly remodeled cabin with heat and air. This cabin is equipped with everything you will need . 1st room has new comfy king size bed . 2nd room has new queen bed with HDTV w Roku box. Just a short walk to Higgins lake Maplehurst road end where you can launch your boat and relax in the sun on the beach. Higgins lake has acres of crystal clear water where you can enjoy swimming and boating or any other water activity you enjoy.
Our vacation home is a great place to relax and enjoy Higgins Lake. The house is recently remodeled and super clean. The house is equipped with ceiling fans in bedrooms, air conditioner. And charging stations in each bedroom and living room. The kitchen is completely stocked with all necessities including coffee maker, microwave and griddle and a high top kitchen table seats 8. There is king size bed and one queen size bed and a sleeper sofa with queen mattress, new sheets, pillows and blankets. 1 bathroom with bath towels, face clothes and hair dyer. And first aid kit.
Seasonal (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
We have a fire pit and will provide firewood . There is a propane grill outside in the back yard and charcoal grill in the shed.
We also have complicated beach towels that are available Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Dogs are welcome
We love animals and your dog is welcome to join your vacation.
We do have a limit of 2 small dogs under 20 pounds.
We do ask that you please crate your dog when the dog is left alone inside the home.
Please clean up any doggie messes outside. There is a pooper scooper located in the shed.

The small cottage was exactly as described. Appreciated the many amenities (coffee, creamer, spices, cookware, utensils, beach towels, lawn games, sand toys, bonfire wood, lots of bath towels, etc...) Backyard is fairly large and has a nice seating area. Had to sweep the cottage daily as the ground is sandy; glad there was a broom and vacuum handy.

Had a great stay during our first family trip with our 3 month old daughter. Cozy cabin feel with a great outdoor sitting area and close to the lake. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again in the future.
