About this house rental
With just over 1400 sq. ft. of open living space this large 2 bedroom with 2 bath offers a split floor plan and has lots of room for relaxing while sleeping 6 comfortably. Located less than a half mile to the water and minutes to the beach it is close to almost everything in the Clearwater/Tampa/St Petersburg area.
The house has been fully updated and offers wood plank tile floors throughout with 2 queen size beds and queen size pull out bed with memory foam mattress. Fully updated kitchen features large island great for prepping food or having breakfast. Loaded with all the appliances, silverware, cookware etc. you would have at home. This kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, blend cocktails or even bake cookies. Dining room features large wood table with seating for 6. Family room has 55" 4k flat screen with Netflix. Other streaming apps are available but you will have to sign into your personal account to view. House is also equipped with secure high speed wfi that is password protected. Master bedroom has queen bed with large closet and attached bathroom with large shower. Being a split floor plan the second bedroom is located on other side of house which provides privacy to guests using both bedrooms. The guest bathroom is down a short hall from the 2nd bedroom.
Some of the extra amenities this house features are washer/dryer, hair dryer, high chair, pack n play, beach chairs and coolers, gas bbq, patio set with umbrella and chairs, keyless entry lock, etc.

We chose this home given its proximity to the Pinellas Trail as we were on a biking road trip through Florida. The home was perfect for us with lots of open space and modernized kitchen. We also loved being able to put our bikes in the garage and our large SUV fit too. The neighborhood was quite and tucked away but close to the trail for easy access and of course the access to the beaches was awesome too. It was super clean and Jeff was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

My family enjoys this house rental very much. It’s very close to the beach and other attractions. This was our third year we stayed at this property and will be coming back in the future. Overall, great place for family of 5!

My family stayed at this home while we explored the area. It was easy to get to the grocery and the beaches. The beds were comfortable. It was family friendly with the fenced in backyard and was not decorated with lots of breakables. We have 3 young boys and they loved the house! The house is in a quiet neighborhood. We rarely saw the neighbors. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with before and after our stay. There are not any bells and whistles to this house but we did not need any, so we loved it.
