A beartiful 3.5 BR, 2.5 bath family-friendly Cape in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Open concept kitchen/dining/living room with large deck with gas grill. Flat screen smart TV, WIFI, and central AC. Large, finished basement with a ping pong table. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, towels and linens supplied, fully stocked kitchen. 5 min walk to Wing Pond, nature areas and Shining Sea Bike Path which is 10.6 miles and runs from North Falmouth to Woods Hole. 20 min bike to Chapoquoit Beach. Old Silver Beach is about 2 miles away with public parking.
This is your ideal house for a private, secluded vacation with easy access to many beaches, biking to Wood's Hole, and other Cape Cod destinations. 10 min. drive to Falmouth Village w/charming shops, restaurants, movie theater, etc.
(No smoking, no pets, Saturday to Saturday for summer rentals, minimal duration 7 days, maximal duration 14 days, check in 4pm, check out 10am).

For family, beach, biking and proximity to Falmouth, THIS IS THE PLACE. Great location. Excellent clean and spacious accommodations. We are now annual regulars.

Beautiful home with lots of room and amenities. New mattresses may need to be purchased, as they were well worn.

We enjoyed our stay. No problems. Beautiful area near bike trail.
Lucia responded quickly to any questions.
Only issue was the design of the staircase, Two of the bedrooms were upstairs and we missed having a real banister to hold onto.
