This beautifully furnished three bedroom, two bath home has been recently renovated and features vaulted ceilings, wood floors, a gourmet kitchen, wood burning fireplace, two private master suites with comfortable king and queen size beds, and separate laundry room. The additional small private bedroom with two twin size beds provides extra accommodations for your guests.
Watch dolphins from your back porch or enjoy kayaking, shrimping, crabbing, and fishing from the community fishing dock located right behind the villa. Relax and unwind while biking on the island or walking on Dataw Island's five miles of private trails.

The property is beautiful in a golf course community. Amenities were easy to access! Beds were comfy and the house was very clean. We loved walking out on the dock in the evenings and the kids would find little crabs and we would enjoy watching the birds diving for fish.

The location on Dataw is great. Community dock is right outside the back door and the pool and clubhouse are just a couple lazy minutes stroll.
The property is very clean and the pictures accurately reflect the property. The two main bedrooms are spacious with one softer bed and a much firmer one upstairs.
However, for the price point, the amenities with the property itself come up a little bit short. The kitchen is adequately stocked with plates, glasses, etc. However, plan to purchase dishwasher tabs and most other things you will need. There is a small Weber portable gas grill on the deck but you'll need to purchase a small propane canister as one is not provided.
The Hunting Island beach pass was a great add-in as were the two beach chairs. The two bikes were of not much use as one had two flat tires and the other had a problem with the gear shifter. The AC works great on the ground floor but the large bedroom upstairs got quite warm even with using the provided fan and the small 3rd bedroom had very little A/C requiring the provided fan as well.
A clean and mostly comfortable property at a great location near all the main amenities at Dataw but just feel like the rate was a bit high for all that was included.
