Continuing from our much successful listing Neat & Cosy Nailsworth (www.stayz.com.au/97772), we are pleased to present our new addition, Charmingly Cosy College Park. Ideal for WOMADelaide, Fringe Festival, Tour Down Under, Adelaide Oval. Festival of Arts and more.
Situated in the exclusive suburb of College Park and being only a stones throw away from the Botanical Gardens and the Zoo, there's no wonder this location is a desirable property to stay. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this city fringe location is quiet yet within walking distance or a few bus stops to the city.
This two-storey townhouse is a gem and consists of our 5 C's: Charming, Comfortable, Cosy, Compact and Clean. Downstairs comprises of the living, dining, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and second toilet. Upstairs is where you retreat to and nestle at night, with 2 Queen beds in each bedroom. The master bedroom has magnificent park views and balcony access where you can take in the sights and sounds it has to offer. You may even catch a whiff of coffee from the adjacent specialty coffee shop, which also serves light meals and brunch. The second bedroom has gorgeous views of the plane trees lining Torrens Street. The house is fully ducted with heating and cooling. Infant/Toddler safety gates are available on request for the peace of mind of parents.
100m from the house, you will find Linear Park Trail which will set your path along the River Torrens toward the Zoo, Botanical Garden, Universities and through to the newly built Adelaide Oval and Riverbank precinct. Reasonably well presented townhouse. Great coffee shop across the road and the bread selection is amazing. Park across the other road where the kids can enjoy the playground, there's access to the River Torrens and a brilliant dog exercise area when you turn right at the bottom of the stairs. Some concerns about the posts holding up the verandah and the flooding in the garage, but a strong 10/10 for access to the city and facilities.

I enjoyed the home. It was close to the zoo, the botanical garden, the university, and Rundle Mall. Also, Fix was a great breakfast place right across the street. Thank you for sharing your home with me.

We have stayed in this location three months previously. We returned due to the nearness and location of all major attractions, lockable garage and ease of booking. Will book again in the future.
