At the end of the day, (middle, and beginning ) Parking is always an issue at the beach. With advanced notice I can park just about anything you can bring!!
An ideal vacation home, Marimac's Maison offers the finest furnishings designed for those with discerning tastes. The home was designed with upscale amenities not typically present in a beach home, or for that matter, in most residential homes.
Pine floors, two gourmet kitchens, granite countertops, residential elevator, private pool, spa, jetted tub, wainscoting, exposed beam and trey ceilings serve as the foundation for
your comfort.
Enjoy amazing Gulf views and sounds. Experience spectacular sunsets from over 1000 square feet of furnished balcony space.
Ceiling fans, hi-definition LCD TVs, Blu-ray DVD players and Internet "APP/widget" support enhance bedroom and living areas. Complementary broadband wireless Internet access serves your needs. A residential elevator provides comfortable access for stocking home with kitchen groceries or ease of access for elderly family members. Full laundry facilities are available.
In the morning, at lunch, or after an exhausting day of fun, enjoy the warmth of your family and friends in the comfort of a large upper level living area that includes a gourmet kitchen with Wolf appliances, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and microwave. Enjoy meals together on a hand-made large rough-hewn kitchen table that can easily service a very large or two families. The adjacent living area opens to a large balcony that faces the gulf and overlooks the private pool.
The upper level offers a small private office area (although it is hard to get work done because of the great view), a half bathroom, and a large king suite (sleeps 2) with its own gulf view balcony and a private full bathroom.
On the second level are two king bedroom suites (sleeps 4) with private separate shower/tubs (one jetted), walk-in closets and balconies with Gulf views. A bunkroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) with a private full bathroom is located here. Full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer are centrally located on the second level.
Teens love the ground level recreation room with armoire and twin/full/trundle bunk bed (sleeps 4). Also on this level are a full kitchen, range, refrigerator, microwave, icemaker, queen Murphy bed (sleeps 2), queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), and full bathroom.
Exit the back of the home where a beautifully landscaped courtyard with its small private pool, spa, outdoor shower, patio, and gas grill await for family lounging or evening cook-outs.
Just 100 yards from Marimac's Maison private back gate is level (no steps to climb) access to one of the most beautiful beaches in America. This is on the south side of Hwy 30-A which means no roads to cross to the beach. This is especially great for the safety of children.
Inlet Beach is a gorgeous, uncongested "sugar sand" beach that adjoins the east side of Rosemary Beach and the west end of Camp Helen State Park and salt water Lake Powell at the east end of Scenic 30A. Sunning, swimming, fishing, and kayaking are available.
For those that want to get up and out there is a short bike ride or one-mile walk to Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. A newly built outdoor shopping mall, called Pier Park is a short 10-minute drive east on 98 (toward Panama City) that has a large cinema, shops, restaurants, and an amusement park. Nearby golf courses include Camp Creek Golf Club, Shark's Tooth, Bay Pointe, Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club, The Hombre, and Burnt Pine. This area is a hidden paradise for golfers.

This house is gorgeous, roomy and super clean. It was great for our family including our 73yo grandfather who is not able to walk up stairs. The elevator was perfect. The beach access is much closer than it appears. After a day at the beach or eating out it was nice to come home and relax. This house does not disappoint. Marijane was a very attentive host & the next time we stay at Inlet beach we will book with you.

My family and I spent Thanksgiving at this property. It was a great experience. The elevator is invaluable. We had a large group and everyone enjoyed having their own space.
The host was very responsive. Check in was easy and the pool was great. Really easy walk to the beach and easy drive to everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is spacious and close proximity to beach. Walk is very easy with no stairs. Great owners who are very communicative!

The house is beautifully finished and well updated. It was also very close to the beach which was great! There were some issues with the water heater not working the first night, but this was promptly fixed. Then he spa heater stopped working half way through our stay which was unfortunate. Otherwise everything was in working order, very clean and comfortable.
I think the main thing we were disappointed with was the description of "6 bedrooms," when in fact there are three proper bedrooms, one bunk room that only has a curtain separating it from the hallway, and then the other two "bedrooms" are in fact living room spaces on the bottom floor with murphy beds in them... I would say this is in fact more of a 3.5 bedroom 5+ bath. So essentially there are two bedrooms you have to walk through to use the house... not really bedrooms at all. They have done a good job with their photos so as to not make this readily apparent.
All in all it worked out fine and we had a good time, but the two couples who thought they were getting their own bedrooms in this "6 bedroom" house were a little bummed to find out they were sleeping in a living room... I can see how it works fine for families with lots of kids, which this is clearly geared toward, but It would have been nice knowing this going in.
