The unit was great! Very roomy and looked just like the pictures. Had a problem with the door and they came right away to fix it. It is very close to a busy highway but to be fair they had air conditioners so you could leave the door shut. It was also very clean and walking distance to sunsets and restaurants on

Condo was as described, clean and well appointed. However, access was only fair as we were required to use elevator and walk about 100 yards or use a basically 4 story stairway to reach the condo. This was not much of a problem AFTER we dragged our baggage and groceries to the unit. And the lanai was unusable due to the traffic noise on the adjacent street. And we were unable to open the lanai door to enjoy a breeze for the same reason. As a final note, the owner/rental agency should explain to the renter that the lock box code is for the lock on the door to the rental unit and not to secure a key via a separate lock box.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was quiet, clean and comfy. Easy access to the main strip, walking distance! Our concern before arrival was that the lanai is against a roadway, but you really didn't notice the road noise unless you were sitting out there during the day. So it was just fine. Would book here again.

We had a great time at the condo. The kitchen was very well equipped- had everything we needed. Costco was a short drive away and the back entrance was awesome for coming and going. There’s a set of stairs near the parking space that come out right across from the front door of the condo- 3 floors but it helped in working off some of the gelato we consumed daily from one of our fav neighborhood shops. 😋 Overall, it was an outstanding place to stay!!!!

It advertised 10 min from pier but was actually 20 min.We saw a few cockroaches in the condo.The patio door was verydifficult to open.there seems to be a water leakage onthe balcony.The mat outside door is always wet,? from air conditioner.The condowas well supplied,beds comfortable,cleanLimited to doing laundryThe lanai was spacious .I would recommend it to others

Second time we stayed in this condo complex. This place was a great layout for our family of 4. There are basically two big rooms - one that has the living room/kitchen and a full bath (teenagers slept here -one on hideaway bed, the other on a full size blow-up mattress provided). The other room (parents room) was a large room with a king size bed, closet, small couch, and full size bath (shower only). Balcony was nice. This unit is on the backside of the condo complex and has a small view of the water from the side. Only problem which was irritating is that the shower in the adults side is VERY slow to drain and constantly runs over into the sink/toilet area unless a towel or rug is laid down to stop its flow. Probably just needs flushed out.

My husband and I definitely enjoyed this rental. The bed was a bit hard for our liking but we just spent more nights in the living room on the pull out. The kitchen was nicely stocked and everything was very clean. The only real critique I have it the shower in main bathroom had drainage issues. There should be a boundary of some kind because we ended up dealing with water over flowing into the rest of the bathroom. Overall I would definitely rent this spot again.

I grew up visiting other condos in this property. I love the location to everything. The unit was amazing and came with all the amenities. It also included extra boogie boards, chairs, and an umbrella.

The apartment was in good conditions in general. The mattress in the master bedroom was a little "used" though. The shower drainage was clogged. The unit faces a main road so we we able to hear traffic, especially at night. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to consider other units in the same complex. Other than that we enjoyed our third visit to the state of Hawaii.

Spacious and convenient place (walk to Kona restaurants and beaches) yet not stuck with Ali'i traffic! The lanai is quite large and it was nice to enjoy dinner outside, but it does face the street, which can get loud with motorcycle and large trucks. Kitchen was well stocked, including spices and bbq utensils! I love that there are 2 full bathrooms. The only downside was the mattress of the bedroom bed is super hard for me, but the pull out couch was super comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay in E735. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed including all the essentials for the beach. The location was absolutely perfect for walking into town whenever you like. The pool area is awesome and most days we had it all to ourselves. Thanks for a great vacation 😎

The unit was excellent and the service was also very good. I was disappointed that the view was not as depicted in the advertizement. There was no ocean view from the living room. The balcony overlooked a busy and noisy road. The condo amenities were very nice. A couple of maintenance items need to be addressed. The faucet in the bathroom off of the kitchen has a slow drip with the supply handles in the off position. The kitchen sink faucet would not rotate and the sprayer had two distinct water streams. It might need to be replaced. My spouse and I had a great time in Kona.

This property was a comfortable place to stay for a couple. It would definitely be a bit crowded for any more than that even with two bathrooms. I'll start with the good things: The location is nice because of the proximity of Ali'i Drive. There was a well supplied kitchen. It was the last condo at the end of the development so there was not much foot traffic outside the exterior door. The pool area is nice but quite aways from the actual condo. Now for the not so good: Some are just personal preferences but some are true safety issues. There was an extensive list of rules and regulations which I appreciate. I want to know the rules to be able to follow them. In general, I think most people followed those rules as far as I could tell. The one thing that was lacking was a well documented fire escape plan and a working smoke detector in the bedroom. There was one that had been removed and there were batteries but even with a replacement it still chirped which is, I am assuming, why it had been disconnected in the bedroom. The building is a bit of a maze so a well documented fire escape plan is needed. Once we figured it out we were fine but I feel that should be apparent. If there are written documents regarding trash removal-fire escapes are at least that important and deserve a written document. The mattress was comfortable enough but needs an upgrade soon. This seems picky but the bedside lamps were not plugged in and there were not enough plugs to do both the lamps and a phone charger. When the reviews said it was loud-believe those reviews. We didn't want to run the air conditioner and during the day did not but the noise level from Kuakini was such that you couldn't carry on a conversation. At night, we ran the air conditioner because of the noise. I think one thing that I didn't realize is how far the parking space is from the actual condo and also how far the pool is from the condo. Bringing groceries from the car to the condo is a trek if carrying anything heavy at all. After a few days, we figured it out but it is a big building with lots of levels. Overall, I would probably not choose to stay there again just because of the noise level. It is a nice property with a beautiful lanai but the overall noise level was at times intolerable.

Property was just like the listing described. Nice apartment at a very fair price. Only complaint was lack of any soaps in the apartment, so do bring your own hotel soaps. Abby, the property manager, was very nice and very easy to communicate with. Very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The apartment does face the road and it can be loud during heavy traffic.

I rented this property last minute after I was informed that the property I had reserved several months previously had sustained major water damage. The size of this condo was perfect for me and my daughter. I had the bedroom and she found the living room couch so comfortable that she never used the pull out bed. The major drawback to this condo is the fact that it faces a busy street (Kuakini Highway) so it gets traffic noise. But the price and location near downtown Kailua Kona were right and it so it suited us just fine.

The unit is as described, with pretty much all that’s needed for a comfortable stay. The main issue was the check in process. I received info for parking space, lockbox info and WiFi, nothing else. I even reached out to verify that’s all the info I received and whether I needed anything else to get to the unit - was told no and that all info is in the binder in the room. After arriVal, I found the parking spot. Then it was a mystery as to where the elevators were. There’s an office but no one’s there. Place was somewhat deserted, til some tenants showed up. Asked them where the specific E units/building was, they guessed and tried to help. So found the elevators, and others offered info regarding a shopping cart available to use to cart stuff to unit. Then we ended up on an elevator that didn’t go all the way to our floor?!, and somehow figured had to get off and walked to the other elevator to get there. This was becoming a chore as we were getting hot, frustrated and just wanted to get into the unit! The other potential issue is that the unit faces Kuakini Hwy, so there’s traffic noise. Oh, no laundry soap… Otherwise, the unit was comfortable.

Place was great. It stayed so cool in the condo we rarely needed to run the AC. The place had all the amenities you could need. Great pool, great location, excellent parking. One small thing was there was no soap or shampoo at the rental, so make sure to bring your own.

This condo was in a prime location. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops on Ali’i drive. Very clean and equipped for our stay. The only downside was the a/c unit in the bedroom was subpar and never cooled down our bedroom so it was uncomfortable from time to time.

This property is very roomy, perfect location at the edge of Kona downtown. It is next to a road but you can't hear any noise inside the condo when all lanai doors are closed. It has all the basic items you needed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it does not include any snorkeling gear/boogie board like our past rentals provided, so you will have to rent or buy while you are there. We left our boogie boards there when we leave so the next renter should at least have that.
