Perched 200 feet above the blue Caribbean, where the tradewind always blows, with panoramic views of St. Thomas, St. Croix, Buck Island and French Cap Cay as well as Crown Bay and the cruise ship port to the north, this charming, romantic hideaway will provide an unforgettable vacation in Paradise! Water Island is just a short ten-minute ferry ride from St. Thomas and its shops, restaurants and other attractions, yet completely insulated from the busy tourist destination when privacy and quiet is what you crave. Relax knowing that Rachael and Doug, our managers, are available 24/7 to address any special needs or requirements when resident managers are not in residence. Honeymoon Beach, Heidi's Honeymoon Grill and the ferry dock are all a half-mile walk away, but renting a golf cart from Rachael when booking is highly recommended for easier access and island-wide exploring.

Doug was great to meet us at the ferry from St. Thomas and help us get back there with all of our luggage. The home was fully equipped and the breezes coming made the weather so enjoyable. The wall to wall windows gave us different views every day depending on the weather. I would definitely rent a golf cart. Exploring the island was fun. The island locals were great and so welcoming. We ate on the beach at Dinghy’s every night with the fresh catch and a Caesar salad - all were delicious - and the sunset views were spectacular!!! And, the fish tacos at Heidi’s were delicious as well. Will definitely be back!

The views were spectacular! However the windows in the living area were stationary and the blinds covering them were broken. This situation caused the house to be extremely hot starting early in the morning. The manager did bring us a small fan that helped. Each bedroom did have ac. There is no golf cart.

This home has everything you need and then some. The view was incredible and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed exploring the island and relaxing on the beach.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our restful retreat on Water Island, with the constant cooling trade winds and the absolutely amazing ocean views! There was a perfect mix of some activity locally on Water Island on picture perfect Honeymoon Beach and the one restaurant on the beach that made for a perfect evening. We will definitely be coming back!
