Charming Fully Furnished Cottage W/ Shared Frontage on Silver Lake Traverse City

Fully furnished 3 bedrooms 1 bath cottage available for summertime weekly rental, fall weekends, and six month winter rental.

Our cottage resides in an expansive private community setting of 8 homes that share 180-feet of beautiful lake frontage on Silver Lake. We have beautiful, clear water and a sandy beach bottom. Enjoy sunsets, fishing, swimming and so much more waterfront fun!.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom is also a comfy queen bed. With children in mind, the third bedroom is arranged with two twin beds (cottage sleeps 6 total).

Rental includes WiFi/internet access, TV, board games, a wagon, propane BBQ, water slide, 2 docks plus a sunset 'wine' dock, fire pit (firewood provided), gazebo, children's playground, horseshoes, patio, and 180' of sandy beach. No pets or smoking allowed per association guidelines. The cottage has brand new furniture and other amenities. Washer and dryer in unit. All linen provided. Just bring your swimsuits and food.

Our cottage is available for rent on a 6-month lease (December thru May) and weekly from June-Aug. For fall color the cottage is available for weekends (minimum 2 night stays) in September and October.

This cottage is centrally located:
• close to a public boat launch if you bring your own boat (there are also boat and water ‘toy’ rental companies in the Silver Lake area that rent by the day or longer),
• Silver Lake Recreational Area (tennis courts, Frisbee golf, walking trails, etc) is
only a 1/2 mile down the road,
• Pit Spitter Park (home of the TC Pit Spitters) has semi-pro baseball games all summer long and just a short distance away.
* Lots of top rated golf courses are in the immediate area.
• only 3 miles to a brand new mega-YMCA,
• only 5 minutes to Munson Hospital,
• and 7 minutes to downtown Traverse City.

Whether you come to experience the National Cherry Festival, Traverse City Film Festival, are visiting Interlochen Arts Academy, Horse Show by the Bay, or the many area wineries, you'll love settling in at the end of the day to this great cottage on the lake. A great family get-away!

Formalities:
Your incredible summer vacation would start and end on a Saturday to allow other families to enjoy their full week too. Fall weekends can be just a couple days or longer. Winter rental is for the full season.
Our typical weekly summer rates vary depending on the time of the summer season stay.
There is a $125 cleaning fee. The refundable damage fee is $200 for a weekly renter.
In the summer half down locks in your stay. Your deposit is 100% refundable with 30 days notice.
