Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Vacation rentals here enjoy an elevator located in the lobby for convenience, this destination is sure to please. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club has a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms and saunas. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby or pool areas and also coin-operated laundry facilities. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club has great vacation rentals.

Umbrellas are permitted on the beaches in a manner consistent with these Covenants provided that their use is in compliance with state and local laws and regulations. Set up of umbrellas can occur only after beach cleaning has been completed. Umbrellas shall not exceed 8 feet in diameter.

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.
An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! My family and I had a great vacation at RealJoy. The unit was clean and functional. We loved our view and to be able to walk out onto the beach.

The evening we checked in the condo’s door lock jammed and sometimes if we didn’t make sure it latched it could be opened from the outside without a code! The place was DIRTY. I’m talking what looked like boogers stuck on the wall. It’s also very dated and not at all the way it is displayed in the photos that I saw on VRBO. Those pics look like they were take when the place was new. The master bathroom’s toilet took a few times to flush completely. There were bugs in the bathroom. The pans have definitely seen better days. Everything I tried to cook in them stuck to them. I was tired and exhausted from the long drive to get there and I wasn’t expecting to go into a dirty poorly cared for condo that we paid good money to enjoy during our vacation. The place needs a good renovation but at the very least a DEEP CLEANING. Please stop using those very misleading pictures. Take some new ones and show what the property actually looks like.
