Great views of both the Ocean and the Bay from your 15th floor rooms. Enjoy the sunrise from the balcony & watch the beautiful sun set from the bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen; washer & dryer are in the unit; 2 bedrooms & baths allow for privacy for 2 families. There is a queen bed in the master and a single over double bunk plus another single in the second bedroom.
Enclosed balcony is safe for children, while allowing you to enjoy the sea air along with the view of the dolphins playing just off shore.
Head to the beach each day or enjoy yourself at the on-site swimming pool, both just steps from the door. It’s raining? The movie theater and shopping are just a few blocks down or curl up with a book / games in the living room. Need more books? The library is across the street. Borrow as much as you want for $15/yr. Rent a week earlier next year to get your money's worth!
The Atlantis is directly on the beach and has a private pool. 24 hour security & video monitoring of floors with very helpful employees. There is parking for one car with a $60.00 registration fee.
Ashore Resort & Beach Club next door has great restaurants, live bands & daily happy hour.
Rental is Saturday to Saturday, with a 3 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out.
Bring your own beach towels & paper products. Forget something? Walk just 4 blocks to the grocery store!

My wife and I and 2.5 year old and infant visited and had a great stay. The property was as advertised and just steps to the sand. Everything was solid.

The room itself is very Home like :) We didn’t have any issues that needed resolving. The kitchen is fully stocked with most anything you would need. I personally would have liked an air fryer and a handheld cheese grater. The weather has nothing to do with our room, but it was chilly a few days. The room has several games and dvds for use. There is also sand toys, a chair and beach umbrella to use. Overall we had a great and comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Acez High. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4. The rooms are very clean and carpet is in great shape. Good air conditioning and quick hot water. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helped us the lockbox. Our only suggestion is a longer couch and add a smart tv.
