Come prepared for leasure Marco Island living at this waterview 4th floor Eagle Cay Condo. Enjoy watching the kayaks, boats and birds go by from the screened-in lanai that overlooks the canal leading to Caxambas Pass. Take a short walk, bike ride, or drive to South Beach, where you can enjoy a day at the beach, some of the best shelling you'll find anywhere, and at the end of the day, viewing a gorgeous Marco sunset. Try your luck fishing off the docks located behind the Eagle Cay complex. Caxambas Marina is located adjacent to the complex and is stocked with all your fishing needs.
The unit includes three TV's, a fully-equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed with lanai access. The Master Bath has a walk-in tile shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds,and the second bath includes a tub with shower.
The BEAUTIFULLY maintained Eagle Cay complex includes two heated swimming pools, grill, tennis, pickle ball, bocci and shuffleboard courts, and is located at the desirable south end of the island. There is an elevator and an assigned, covered parking spot. Two bicycles and beach accessories are available for use during your stay.
Enjoy the many waterside restaurants, happy hours and talented musicians on the island. Miniature golf, a movie complex and various island shops are located here as well. For the golfers, there are several outstanding courses in the Marco/Naples area. Fabulous shopping is to be found in Naples, and at Miromar Outlet Mall near Fort Myers.

February and March 2019: The condo was all it was shown to be in the photos on VRBO: bright, cozy and very comfortable. The pool area was conveniently accessed from this unit and all the green space and outdoor games were a plus - a great way to meet other friendly residents. Eagle Cay is located on the southern end of the island, which is a very quiet and appealing location. I especially enjoyed the convenience of fishing from the dock as well as meeting fellow fishermen. I hope to return to Eagle Cay on an annual basis; but unfortunately, this unit is not available for the 2020 season ... so I am looking for another unit.
