Valeria is such a sweet person and its obvious she attracts good people and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The other guests were also very friendly. It felt like staying at a friend's house.
Minor: Floor in hallway squeaked a lot (it didn't bother me, but I was concerned about disturbing others)
