About this farm stay rental
La Viña Tranquila is a unique, modern, & tranquile place located in a rural Canelones ~40 min from MVD. It's surrounded by fruit trees, eucalyptus, and nature. It's centrally located to visit the wonderful Uruguayan wineries in the area. A great place for singles, couples, and/or small group of friends to relax & escape the city. The house has 2 rooms each with AC units, for a maximum capacity of 4 people & 1 bathroom. There's plenty of open green space on the property. We're pet-friendly!
The property is 9 hectares big. There are 2 houses, the one we live in (my husband, daughter, and I) and the guest house (La Viña Tranquila). They are located about 150 meters apart from each other. The soccer field and heated pool (open 15 December - March) are common spaces for both houses. We also have friendly pets (2 cats, 2 dogs, and 8 chickens) you may see wandering the property. We are always available as hosts to help in any way during your stay while respecting your privacy. We are world travelers ourselves and we love hosting our guests and getting to know people. We look forward to hosting you and providing the best experience during your stay!
The house has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, electric water kettle, toaster, portable electric stove top, BBQ utensils, dishware, silverware, Smart TV, Fiber Optic Wifi.
Nearby at just 250 meters away from the entrance of La Viña Tranquila is a Supermercado El Colorado, Carnicería, Fruit & Vegetable stand, Gas Station/ANCAP, Pharmacy, Hardware store.
Guests have private full access to the house, La Viña Tranquila with it's own parking area.
The soccer field and pool are shared common areas of the property. You are welcome to explore as much of the property as you like during your stay.
There is one security camera located at the entrance gate.

We had a great time, Vanessa and her family are excellent hosts, they went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The place is as described and better for those looking to relax away from the city, yet very close to it.
