Three-bedroom family home, one-level house in Dillon. The house was recently remodeled. It is within walking distance of the Oro Grande trail and Lake Dillon. Enjoy biking, hiking, skiing, golf. Ski Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge, Vail. Silverthorne Outlet Stores are close by. Free Summit County shuttle, This house is 1750 square feet, we keep it very clean. We were three college roommates from 50 years ago on our way to Palm Springs and decided to stop and ski at Keystone for 2 days. The home fit our needs and desires perfectly. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which for guys our age is important. Home was great and location was perfect. Minutes to slopes and dining.

This property was great for my group and I. Perfectly located between multiple ski locations, this is a great place for any avid skier. The home was clean, had many sleeping options, and had great accommodations. Communication with the homeowner was smooth and effortless. When I return to the area, I can only hope this home is available
