NEWER LISTING: Welcome to 3ONE8 Manzanita; a newly remodeled, private home retreat in Manzanita, Oregon.
3ONE8 is the perfect escape for couples and small families who enjoy high end furnishings in a casual and modern setting. Interior amenities include acacia hardwood flooring, new kitchen appliances, All-Clad cookware, Ceasarstone counters, Ann Sacks tiled bathroom with walk in shower and heated marble flooring, dimmable LED lighting, Hansgrohe plumbing fixtures throughout, Spectrum Wi-Fi, newer contemporary furniture and other high end finishes. It's hard to find a vacation rental in Manzanita, or on the coast for that matter, that isn't dark, dated or decorated by your great aunt.
The interior layout, designed by TVA Architects of Portland, is open while still intimate. Both bedrooms feature new queen size beds, new carpeting and the larger bedroom has a ROKU Smart TV w/ YouTubeTV. Main living area is dynamite and has terrific flow - it's one big great room with great light and views to the golf course in the back yard. Another ROKU Smart TV w/ YouTubeTV is in living area. You also have your own backyard complete with private patio, dining area, fire pit, bbq grill and golf course views.
Our favorite part of staying at 3ONE8? Sipping fresh coffee on the back patio in the morning and watching the birds and squirrels play in the pine trees and watching the golfer's terrible tee shots into the 6th green. Amazing VBRO - stylish, modern, and thoughtful amenities for the enjoying the Oregon coast. Walkable to the beach and town. Will recommend to family and friends.

Bret’s place was clean, comfortable and well maintained as well as being walking distance to the beach, a grocery store and restaurants. Bret communicated well and we would absolutely stay in this property again.

Our first night on a week-long road trip down the Oregon coast was in Manzanita. After a day of traveling, this little gem of a stay welcomed us, and my wife and I could not have been more pleased. Bret, the owner, went out of his way to make sure our stay was as good as it gets. He's gladly willing to assist with questions and needs, but is not doting. 3ONE8 is a highly upgraded, super clean and cozy unit, complete with all the amenities, topped off with a private, peaceful view off the golf course from the dining area. We felt right at home, loved this town, would come again in a heartbeat!
